The objectives of this study were to determine trophic sate of agricultural reservoirs within the four major watersheds and evaluate the ecosystem health using the multi- metric fish modeling approach of Lentic Ecosystem Health Assessments (LEHAs). Agricultural reservoirs, based on Trophic State Index (TSI) ranged from mesotrophic to hypertrophic depending on the intensity of Asian monsoon. Regression analysis of N:P ratios showed a negative linear function (R2 = 0.698, p < 0.0001) with TP values, but not with TN (p = 0.939). The plots of "TSI (CHL) - TSI (TP)" and "TSI (CHL) - TSI (SD)" suggest that other factors other than phosphorus limited algal biomass (CHL - TP < 0), and that non-algal particles dominated light attenuation (CHL - SD < 0). Regression model of fish trophic component against TP showed that the proportion of omnivore (OM) and insectivore fish (IS) had a positive (R2 = 0.679, p < 0.01) and negative linear function (R2 = 0.403, p < 0.05) with TP, respectively. Values of multi-metric LEHAs model averaged 26 6.5, indicating a "Fair" conditions. Overall, the ecosystem health was directly influenced by organic matter pollution and high algal production.

There is increased recognition of prisoners’ rights to healthcare and the right to be protectedagainst inhumane and degrading treatment. A prisoner has a right to the healthcare equivalent of any person in their community. This trend has encouraged many correctionalpolicymakers to engage in efforts to improve the levels of correctional healthcare in thecontext of human rights and to establish international standards of correctional healthcare, such as those cited in ‘Making Standard Work’ and ‘Health in Prisons’. This study compressed the issues of the right to healthcare into four parts and applied to the correctional healthcare system in Korea. In Korea, according to the results of the study, the right to healthcare of inmates in correctional institutions is guaranteed to some extent, but the gap between the normative frame and the reality is prominent. First, in the living conditions at correctional institutions, the problem of overcrowding is remarkably noticeable. With respect to ensuring correctional medical resources, a shortage of medicalpersonnel and the inferior state of the sickrooms that do not meet the criteria were found.Particularly, focusing on outside medical care, the issue of correctional medical expenditurehas been highlighted, due to the continuous increase in medical costs. Finally, the efforts for health promotion and treatment of mental health care are merely formalities. In orderto reduce the gap between international standards and actual conditions of correctionalinstitutions and to promote these rights effectively, close cooperation between the responsiblebodies is required.

Most of people do not remind of 'Who is domestic medical device business?' A lot of people that Johnson and Johnson, GE and Philips and other foreign companies belong to medical device company. In fact, local enterprises small place based on world market. Local medical device industry's production has grown up rapidly last 10 years. Sales increased nearly 3 times from trillion and 500 billion KRW in 2004 to 4 trillion and 600 billion KRW in 2014. The production record constantly increased owing to safety and good quality of domestic medical devices. As many as 59% of medical devices made in Korea is exported to 198 countries in the world. Currently, medical device industry in the world has been given considerable attention. Cognition and awareness are very much low. Medical device industry, high income creating industry, is said to next generation industry to increase scale, and Korea does not follow world flow. The industry is given support from the government that is not enough. Korean enterprises have small scale among a lot of global enterprises. Being interested in development of medical devices, the author selected department of IT at college.
