최근 소프트웨어(SW) 교육의 중요성이 부각되면서 SW 교육을 위한 다양한 정책과 플랫폼이 발표되고 있다. 특히 SW 교육을 효율적으로 진행하기 위해서는 단순히 교재와 수업만으로는 한계가 있으므로, 방과후 학 교, 협동 혹은 실습수업, 캠프운영 등 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 이 중에서 학습캠프는 집중도 높은 수업, 타 학습자와의 원활한 교류, 지도 교사의 빠른 피드백 등으로 많은 주목을 받고 있는 수업 플랫폼이 다. 이 같은 추세에 발 맞추어 로봇체험캠프, 앱개발 캠프 등 다양한 캠프들도 등장하고 있다. 특히, 게임제 작 캠프는 SW교육을 처음 접하는 학생들의 흥미와 학습 동기부여를 높여주어 많은 주목을 받고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 게임전공 연구자들 중심으로 기획 된 게이미피케이션 기반 온라인, 오프라인 코딩 캠프 운영을 통해 온라인과 오프라인 캠프의 재미와 만족도를 비교하고, 각 장단점을 확인하여 게이미피케이션 기반 SW교육 캠프 콘텐츠 제작 및 프로그램 운영 시 고려 할 점들을 고찰 하고자 하였다. 또한, 사용자 인터뷰 를 통해 실제 학습자와 교사의 의견을 수렴하여 각각의 플랫폼이 가지고 있는 단점을 상호 보완하고, 장점 을 부각시키는 방안을 검토 하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 에너지 소비 및 심폐 능력 향상을 위한 고강도 유산소 운동, 근력 및 근지구력 강화를 위한 서킷 트레이닝, 생활 습관 변화 교육으로 구성된 4주간의 건강증진 중재 프로그램이 과체중 또는 비만 초등학생의 비만도, 체력수준, 인슐린 저항성 및 대사증후군 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있다. 과체중 또는 비만 아동 23명을 비만군으로, 정상체중 아동 15명을 정상군으로 선발하였다. 건강증진 프로그램은 총 4주간, 주 3일, 1일 2시간의 운동시간과 1시간의 교육으로 구성되었다. 비만도 (체질량지수, 허리둘레, 체지방률), 체력(근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 심폐체력), 인슐린 저항성 및 대사증후 군 위험요인(혈압, 공복 혈당, 중성지방, 고밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤)을 측정하였다. 프로그램 참여 후, 비 만도의 유의미한 감소는 없었지만, 비만 아동의 체력수준, 인슐린 저항성 및 대사 증후군 위험 요인은 상당한 개선이 있었다. 결과적으로 여름캠프 참여를 통해 비만 초등학생의 체력수준 향상, 인슐린 저항 성 감소 및 대사증후군 위험요인의 빈도 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

The aim of present study was to investigate regulatory mechanism of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) during in vitro maturation (IVM) on nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation of porcine oocytes. Basically, immature cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) were incubated for 22 h in IVM-I to which hormone was added, and then further incubated for 22 h in IVM-II without hormone. As a result, relative cumulus expansion was increased at 22 h after IVM and it was enhanced by treatment of ALA compared with control group (p < 0.05). During IVM process within 22 h, cAMP level in oocytes was decreased at 6 h (p < 0.05) and it was recovered at 12 h in ALA-treated group, while oocytes in control group recovered cAMP level at 22 h. In cumulus cells, it was reduced in all time point (p < 0.05) and ALA did not affect. Treatment of ALA enhanced metaphase-I (MI) and MII population of oocytes compared with oocytes in control group at 22 and 44 h, respectively (p < 0.05). Intracellular GSH levels in ALA group was increased at 22 and 44 h after IVM (p < 0.05), whereas it was increased in control group at 44 h after IVM (p < 0.05). In particular, the GSH in ALA-treated oocytes during 22 h of IVM was higher than control group at 22 h (p < 0.05). Lipid amount in oocytes from ALA group was higher than control group (p < 0.05). Treatment of ALA did not influence to absorption of glucose from medium. Cleavage and blastocyst formation of ALA-treated oocytes were enhanced compared with control group (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that supplementation of ALA could improve oocyte maturation and development competence through increasing GSH synthesis, lipid storage, and regulation of cAMP accumulation during early 22 h of IVM, and these might be mediated by cumulus expansion.

This study aimed to investigate the function of the constitutively activating mutation D540G on eel FSHR activity by in vitro functional studies. Site-directed mutagenesis was carried out to generate the D-to-G mutation at position 540 of the pcDNA3-eel FSHR construct. Vectors expressing either wild type or mutant receptor were transfected into Chinese hamster ovary (CHO-K1) cells. The functional characteristics of both the wild type and mutant receptors were analyzed by a cAMP assay. cAMP accumulation was highly increased in cells transfected with the D540G mutant receptor in a dose-dependent manner. Of note, basal cAMP levels were remarkably increased (~13.1-fold) with expression of this mutant when compared to wild type receptor. These findings suggest that the D540G mutation in the eel FSHR may contribute to ovulation during eel sex maturation as well as play a pivotal role in inducing FSHR activity.

본 연구에서는 지난 2015년부터 동두천 원도심 활성화를 위해 진행되었던, 그라피티 조성사업 사례를 중심으로 문화예술을 매개로 한 도시재생사업 사례를 다루었다. 동두천의 그라피티 조성사업은 2015년부터 2018년까지 4년간 진행되었으며, 진행 단계에 따라 변화 양상이 다르게 나타나고 있다. 이것은 하나의 정책에 대해 실행단계에서 시도해볼 수 있는 다양한 접근방법의 차이로 볼 수 있는데, 마치 그라피티라고 하는 하나의 예술 경향이 낙서, 거리미술, 공공미술, 환경미술 등 다양한 의미로 해석되는 것과 같이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 결과는 도시재생을 위한 그라피티의 매개성 실험에서, 방법의 차이는 어떠한 결과의 차이를 만들 어내는가를 알아볼 수 있는 사례라고 판단이 된다. 환경적 측면에서는 동두천시가 보산동 외국인관광특구를 중심으로 펼치고 있는 ‘K-Rock 빌리지 조성사업’, ‘디자인아트 빌리지 조성사업’ 등 문화예술을 매개로 하는 다양한 전략사업을 종합적으로 살펴보았다. 이 사업들은 ‘캠프보산 (CAMP BOSAN)’이라는 통합브랜드 아래 문화예술을 매개로, 기존의 ‘외국인관광특구’를 ‘동두천문화특구’로 변화시키려고 시도하는 사업들로 최근에 개념이 정립되었다. 따라서 도시재생의 매개적 측면에서 문화예술의 접근방법을 분석해보고, 활성화 방안에 대해서 논의하였다. 조사 분석 결과에 대해서 첫째, 그라피티를 참여적 행위가 중시되는 도시재생의 공공미술 차원에서 다뤄야 한다는 점과 둘째, 도시재생에서 문화예술의 매개효과를 얻기 위해서는 사업의 지속성이 필요하다는 점을 제언하였다.

본 논문의 연구 목적은 군 복무 부적응자들이 그린캠프 교육을 통해 병영문화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 효과를 검증해 보는 것이다. 우리나라 군에 병으로 입대하는 장병은 연 평균 20~23만 명이다. 19세부터 27세 이하의 젊은 남자로 구성되어 있다. 이런 구성원은 개인생활에 익숙해져 있으며, 자기주장이 강하며 사생활을 비롯한 인권을 보장을 원하고 있다. 자발적인 군입대가 아닌 강제에 의해 군에 입대하고 있으며 이로 인해 많은 부작용을 나타내고 있다. 사회와 군에서의 문화는 많은 차이가 있다. 이로 인하여 많은 스트레스를 동반한 문제가 발생하고 매년 5000천 명이 넘는 현역 부적합 병사가 발생하고 수십 명의 자살사고가 발생한다. 이러한 문제를 방지하고 군 문화를 개선하고자 군에서는 그린캠프 를 운영하고 있다. 점차적으로 운영인력의 전문성을 강화하고 시설을 확충하며 전문강사 를 협약하고 있다. 군 인성프로그램을 통하여 군 복무 부적응자를 조기에 식별하여 단계적 으로 관리하여 심각한 문제로 발전되는 것을 예방해야 한다. 군내에서 문제 발생 시 대처 방안을 제시하고 장병 스스로가 대처할 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있어야 한다. 오늘날 스트레스 는 전 세계적으로 중요한 정신건강 문제이며 심각할 경우 우울증 등의 정신질환으로 나타 날 수 있다. 이러한 문제는 군 생활에서의 특징인 단체생활에 대한 부적응으로 나타나며 심각할 경우 군 문화에 문제로 발전할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 자연 치유적인 문화를 통해 군 복무 중인 장병들의 군 문화 변화에 어떠한 도움을 줄 수 있는지에 대한 연구이며 따라서 그린캠프에 대한 과학적 평가도구를 개발하고 발전을 위한 체계적인 평가를 해야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은, 그린캠프에 입소자에 대한 프로그램을 통한 효과성 검토와 교육을 통한 장병 스스로 극복할 수 있는 자연 치유적인 문화 개선에 목적이 있다.

본 연구는 학업중단 위기청소년들의 코칭캠프 프로그램 경험과 그 의미를 탐구한 현상학적 연구이다. 참여자들이 코칭캠프 프로그램을 통해서 무엇을 경험하였으며, 그 과정에서 어떤 변화가 일어났고, 그 변화가 참여자들에게 주는 의미는 무엇인지에 대해 심층탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 총 8명으로, 2박 3일 간의 코칭캠프 프로그램을 진행한 후 이들을 심층 면담하였다. 수집된 자료를 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 분석한 결과, 115개의 구성의미와 34개의 주제, 12개의 주제군, 3개의 범주로 도출되었다. 분석결과, 코칭캠프 프로그램에 참여한 학업중단 위기청소년들은 캠프 초기에는 양가적인 태도로 캠프에 참여하였고, 편견으로 인해 수동적이고 회피적인 행동을 보이고 있었던 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 프로그램이 진행됨에 따라 공감적이고 수용적인 분위기에서 점차 자기개방을 하게 되었고, 그동안 왜곡되었던 사고의 수정과 억눌렸던 부정적인 갈등을 표출하고 처리하는 경험을 하였다. 학업중단 위기 청소년들은 자신의 존재자체의 소중함을 발견하고 자신감을 찾았으며, 진정한 소통 관계를 경험하면서 대인관계 및 학업과 진로에 대한 인식도 변화하는 모습을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 논의와 후속연구의 제언을 제시하였다.

Chang, Sunmee. 2017. “The Study of Repetition in an English Immersion Camp Classroom”. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea 25(1). 193~212. This study was conducted in a classroom of an English immersion camp for elementary school students. It investigated what patterns and functions of repetition were found and how they were interpreted in terms of facilitating foreign language learning during the interaction between a teacher and students. Data was analyzed according to an analytical framework inspired by many previous research studies. The results showed that most of the repetitions were done by the teacher and that they showed various features with impressive functions. Even though the number of students’ repetitions were not as many as that of the teacher's , their functions were not insignificant at all. This study gives us a chance to look at interactive features of repetition, apart from their behaviorist nature.

목 적: 전문대학 학생들의 학업성취도 수준 차이는 교육방법을 어렵게 하는 가장 중요한 문제 중 하나이 다. 본 연구는 집중몰입교육프로그램을 운영하여 전문대학 학생의 학업성취도와 전공학과에 대한 만족도를 높이는 데 목적이 있다. 방 법: 2012년부터 2015년까지 동원과학기술대학교 안경광학과 졸업 예정자를 대상으로 여름방학동안 합 숙을 통한 집중몰입교육을 실시하여 매년 12월에 치른 국가고시 결과를 분석하였으며 만족도는 on-line으로 설문하였다. 결 과: 집중몰입교육을 개발·운영한 결과, 동원과학기술대학교 안경광학과 3학년 학생들의 국가고시 합 격률이 전국 안경광학과 국가고시 평균 합격률보다 상대적으로 높았으며 만족도도 높게 나타났다. 결 론: 집중몰입교육은 학업 성취 향상을 보였으며 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 안경사 면허 증 취득을 위한 학습자 특성을 고려하여 프로그램이 개발되었기에 다른 전공의 경우 전공 교과목의 특성에 맞게 재구성할 필요가 있다는 제한점을 가진다.

This thesis is a study of artistic measures and climate refugees, based on Hack’ s World Climate Refugee Camp project. According to Hack, climate refugees appeared with the process of globalization. Hack claimed that the people who put climate refugees in danger are the industrialized nations, and therefore, their rejection of refugees is nonsense. He also stated that the fundamental solution would be the active participation of such nations. Thus, he travels around the world, encouraging participants and globalizing his project. Interestingly, the practical participation method of his climate calamity project is divided into four methods, which are all related to realizing the danger and presenting various solutions. First, the aesthetic of survival: the reason Hack focused on the warming trend and claimed that we have to accept the climate refugees as refugees comes from the thought that we are all potential refugees, and the anxiety that climate refugees may cause war in the end. The solution Hack found for surviving in such a world is to create “refugee camps”to notify people about the seriousness of climate change, and to put the “aesthetic for survival”in action. Second, a relation-oriented relationship: communication between Hack and the participants was done in various ways. They are experiencing a bond and emotions of an interrelationship through their actions in the experimental field, experiencing a new form of art, which they were not able to experience in a museum. Third, a utopian measure: Hack’s utopian measure started from the fear of dystopia but Hack still believes that it is not only a dream, but that it can be realized. He claims that even though the start may be feeble, it is possible to rescue children from starvation and to treat climate refugees as proper human in the end, when communication and cooperation is done the right way and properly. Fourth, the aesthetic of global relation, the internet: the new solution Hack is trying on the internet is to make more people participate in his project. It is fate that “human are the wrongdoer and the victim at the same time”, but according to Hack’s opinion, social disaster can be avoided through effort and it is optimistic that we can give form to the culture revolution we are experiencing now. Hack’s project illustrated the importance of daily life, compared to art inside a museum, through active participation of the people and opened up a new method of art through realistic responses to disasters. This is distinctive from the past exhibitions, where artists gave shape and form to ideals and an imaginary world, in that it shows that the artist and audience aim for creating a community-like structure, just like Bourriaud’s art method. Hack’s project of climate calamity illustrates that installation and action art is not only an art genre which shows installation and activities, but that it can include social and political issues and that it can be completed with the help of participants, consequently becoming a genre of modern art. Hack raises a question about art’s identity through various descriptions. Artists as planners, who base their artworks on their subjectivity or the characteristics of a specific period, the people as participants, the duet of art work and play, human and human, and further, human and nature. The practical participation method, as a measure for “disaster”, reveals the new art of the 21st century within Hack’s artworks. Even though there are several problems with Hack’s usage of art as a measure for disaster, it will actively open up a new page for the 21st century’s art with the theme of disaster.

◉ 목적 : 본 연구는 병원이라는 환경에서 작업치료사가 타 의료진(의사, 물리치료사)과의 다학제적 접근으로 개발하고 진행된 병원 치료 캠프를 소개하고자 하며, 이차적으로 보호자, 자원봉사자들의 병원 캠프에 대한 만족도 및 인식도를 알아보고자 한다. ◉ 연구방법 : 또래 끼리 캠프에 참여한 대상은 총 21명으로(남 14명, 여 7명) 서울특별시 어린이병원 재활의학과에 내원하고 있는 학령기 아동 중 의료진과의 회의를 거쳐 일반 통합 학교에 다니며, 간단한 지시따르기, 일상 생활활동, 독립적인 이동(보조도구 사용)이 가능한 아동으로 선정하였다. 주 진행자로 작업치료사 6명, 물리치료사 2명, 보조진행자로 작업치료, 물리치료학과 학생 26명이 참여하였다. 기간은 2012년 8월 24일∼25일 1박 2일의 일정으로 파티라는 주제로, 춤 배우기, 파티 플래그 만들기, 파티 소품 만들기, 파티 요리하기, 파티에 맞는 역할 수행하기와 야외활동에 참여하였다. ◉ 결과 : 캠프 참여 후 설문지 조사결과 (1) 보호자는 안전, 병원이라는 공간, 치료사 주최, 치료사의 프로그램 진행, 치료학과 학생의 자원봉사 참여에 대한 인식 및 만족도가 높았으며, (2) 자원봉사자는 치료사들이 진행하는 캠프에 참여하고, 아동들과 직접 생활할 수 있는 점에 만족하였다. ◉ 결론 : 1박 2일의 병원 치료 캠프를 통하여 아동들은 다양한 여가와 목적 있는 활동, 역할참여 기회가 되었으며, 보호자와 자원봉사자들의 인식 및 만족도 또한 높았다. 향후 작업치료사들이 개별 치료실에서만의 치료 서비스 제공 뿐 아니라 아동과 관련된 작업 치료 영역(놀이, 여가, 일상생활활동, 사회참여 등)을 모두 고려할 수 있는 치료 캠프를 개발 및 실시함으로 다양한 치료 서비스 제공을 제언하는 바이다.

The toxicity of 102 plant essential oils against third instars of cecidomyiid gall midge, Camptomyia corticalis, was examined using a vapor-phase mortality bioassay. Results were compared with that of a conventional insecticide dichlorvos. Based on 24 h LC50 values, all essential oils were less toxic than dichlorvos (LC50, 0.027 mg/cm3). The LC50 of caraway seed, armoise, sage (Clary), oreganum, lemongrass, niaouli, spearmint, cassia special, sage (Dalmatian), thyme red, bay, garlic, and pennyroyal essential oil is between 0.55–0.60 mg/cm3. The LC50 of cassia pure, thyme white, cassia redistilled, star anise, peppermint, wintergreen, cinnamon bark, majoram, chamomile romon, eucalyptus, rosemary, cedar wood, pimento berry, savory (summer), lavender, and coriander oil is between 0.61–0.99 mg/cm3. All other essential oils tested exhibited low toxicity to the cecidomyiid larvae (LC50,>0.99 mg/cm3). The active principles of active essential oils were identified by GC-MS analysis. The major active principles are such as pulegone, thujone, camphor, 1,8-cineole, a-pinene, thymol, menthol. At a rate of 5 mg/cm3, pulegone, and thujone, exhibited 100% morality whereas camphor, 1,8-cineole, α-pinene, thymol and menthol showed 90% mortality at 15 mg/cm3. Global efforts to reduce the level of highly toxic synthetic insecticides in the agricultural environment justify further studies on the essential oils and their constituents described as potential insecticides for the control of the mushroom fly as fumigants with contact action.

Presently, the effect of 0.5 mM dibutyryl cAMP (dbcAMP)-supplemented maturation medium during different incubation time on meiotic arrest (germinal vesicle) and resumption (metaphase II) of porcine oocytes and embryonic development of porcine oocytes following in vitro fertilization (IVF) or parthenogenetic activation (PA) was determined. Porcine cumulus oocyte complexes (COCs) were cultured in 0.5 mM dbcAMP for 17, 22, 27, or 42 h, and an additional 22 h without 0.5 mM dbcAMP. The nuclear status was examined at each time point. Oocytes cultured from 39~49 h displayed more than 80% meiotic resumption. More than 85 % of meiotic arrest was presented at 17~22 h. Oocytes were cultured for 22 h with 0.5 mM dbcAMP and additional 22 h without dbcAMP to assess developmental potential following IVF or PA. There were no significant differences in blastocyst rates among the dbcAMPIVF, IVF, dbcAMP-PA, and PA groups, although cleavage rate of IVF group was significantly higher than those of dbcAMP-PA, and PA groups. In conclusion, 0.5 mM dbcAMP influenced meiotic maturation of porcine oocytes depending on incubation time of oocyte, although embryonic development was not improved in both IVF and PA.

Substantia gelatinosa (SG) neurons receive synaptic inputs from primary afferent Aδ- and C-fibers, where nociceptive information is integrated and modulated by numerous neurotransmitters or neuromodulators. A number of studies were dedicated to the molecular mechanism underlying the modulation of excitability or synaptic plasticity in SG neurons and revealed that second messengers, such as cAMP and cGMP, play an important role. Recently, cAMP and cGMP were shown to downregulate each other in heart muscle cells. However, involvement of the crosstalk between cAMP and cGMP in neurons is yet to be addressed. Therefore, we investigated whether interaction between cAMP and cGMP modulates synaptic plasticity in SG neurons using slice patchclamp recording from rats. Synaptic activity was measured by excitatory post-synaptic currents (EPSCs) elicited by stimulation onto dorsal root entry zone. Application of 1 mM of 8- bromoadenosine 3,5-cyclic monophosphate (8-Br-cAMP) or 8-bromoguanosine 3,5-cyclic monophosphate (8-Br-cGMP) for 15 minutes increased EPSCs, which were maintained for 30 minutes. However, simultaneous application of 8-BrcAMP and 8-Br-cGMP failed to increase EPSCs, which suggested antagonistic cross-talk between two second messengers. Application of 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine (IBMX) that prevents degradation of cAMP and cGMP by blocking phosphodiesterase (PDE) increased EPSCs. Co-application of cAMP/cGMP along with IBMX induced additional increase in EPSCs. These results suggest that second messengers, cAMP and cGMP, might contribute to development of chronic pain through the mutual regulation of the signal transduction.

they joined an English camp in Ireland with European students for one month. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were applied to examine learners' English proficiency and English anxiety. TOEIC Bridge was a tool for investigating students' English proficiency. In addition, adapted version of Gardner's 7 scale AMTB (Attitude/Motivation Test Battery) demonstrated the change of learners' language class anxiety and language use anxiety. The data were analyzed by Repeated Measure. Furthermore, field notes and an interview corroborated the quantified results of proficiency and anxiety. It is shown that most participants' English proficiency in listening and reading comprehension has dramatically improved after staying in Ireland while their English classroom anxiety and English use anxiety highly diminished. Lastly, this study searched the key elements of the English camp which made the camp successful to apply to the Korean domestic English curriculum.
