        Today many successful star marketing cases constantly represented in many companies, so star marketing has become significant. Although star marketing brings a lot of business opportunities for companies, the results are not always positive effects. The purpose of this study is to provide a mechanism to select an advertising model casting for star marketing. This study uses the combined customer data analysis and AHP approach to choose a adequate an advertising model such as internet search engine, news searched words, customer survey, etc. And then AHP technique is applied to the five chosen candidates based on their salary, awareness, issues, continuous possibility and connection to product's concept. As a result, the proposed method will guide a good casting method to select an suitable advertising model and improve the effects of star marketing. how it improves the effect of star marketing.

        사용후핵연료 파이로프로세싱 공정 생성물인 우라늄 전착물을 잉곳 형태로 주조하는 공정이 있다. 이 논 문에서는 실험실 규모의 우라늄 전착물 잉곳 주조 장치에 대한 설계 개념을 소개하고, 이에 따라 제작된 장 치의 성능 시험 결과 및 우라늄을 사용한 잉곳 주조 시험 결과를 소개한다. 이 장치는 도가니를 경동시켜 우라늄 용탕을 주형에 주입하여 우라늄 잉곳을 제조하며, 우라늄 전착물을 연속으로 주입할 수 있는 컵 형태의 원료 장입장치를 장착하였다. 이러한 장치를 사용하면 우라늄 전착물의 잉곳 생산성을 높일 수 있다. 실험 결과 우라늄 원료를 장입하여 주조한 결과 수축공이 적은 양호한 주물을 제조하는데 성공하였으며, 이러한 실험실 규모의 장치를 개발한 경험을 활용하여 공학규모의 장치를 설계하 는데 활용하였다.

        본 연구에서는 비용매 첨가제 BE와 습도 및 노출 시간이 정밀여과막의 구조, 투과특성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 멤브레인은 PES/DMF/TSA/PVP/BE 혼합 용액을 물에 침지하여 제조하였다. 다양한 농도의 BE가 첨가된 캐스팅 용액들을 공기 중의 수분이 흡착될 수 있도록 상대습도 60%와 80%로 달리하여 40초와 90초 동안 노출시켰으며, 그 결과로 만들어진 멤브레인 투과 성능과 표변 및 단면 구조와의 연관성을 조사하였다. 멤브레인의 특성은 capillary flow porometer, FE-SEM 및 순수 투과 장치를 이용하여 이루어졌다. PES 멤브레인의 표면 구조는 상대 및 노출 시간에 의해 크게 영향을 받는다. 또한 BE의 첨가는 특정한 습도와 노출 시간에서 표면 및 내부의 구조의 조절이 용이함을 확인할 수 있었다.

        In order to provide the mechanism of nozzle clogging, recovered nozzles for high strength steel grade were examined carefully after continuous casting. The thickness of clogged material in SEN is increased in the following order: from the bottom to the top of the nozzle, upper part of slag line, and the pouring hole. Nozzle clogging material begins to form due the adhesion of metal to nozzle wall, the decarburization, and reduction of oxide in the refractory by Al and Ti in the melt. The reduction of oxide in the refractory by Al and Ti improves the wettability of the melt on the refractory and forms a thin Al-Ti-O layer. Metal containing micro alumina inclusions is solidified on the Al-Ti-O layer, and the solid layer grows due to the heat evolution through the nozzle wall. Thermodynamic calculation has been made for the related reactions. The effect of superheat to the nozzle clogging is discussed on ultra low carbon steel and low carbon steel.

        친전자성 치환반응으로 제조된 술폰화 단량체, 비(非)술폰화 단량체 및 탄산칼륨을 이용하는 직접 중합법을 통하여 높은 점도의 술폰화 폴리아릴에테르술폰 공중합체를 합성하고, 이들을 원료로 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP)과 디메틸아세트아미드(DMAc)의 혼합 용매 상에서 직접 메탄을 연료전지용 고분자 전해질 막을 제조하였다. 막 제조 시의 용매 효과에 주목하여 혼합 용매의 부피 비는 0~100%로 변화시키고 공중합체의 술폰화도는 50%로 고정하였다. 이온 전도도 및 메탄올 투과도 측정을 통하여 최종 전해질 막의 기본 특성을 파악하고, 주사전자현미경 및 원자간력현미경분석을 통한 표면 분석 결과와 비교함으로써 이들의 상관관계를 고찰하였다. 막 제조 시의 용매 혼합 비율을 적절히 조절함에 따라 최종 전해질 막의 이온 전도도를 크게 향상시킬 수 있음이 확인되었는데, 25℃의 100% 가습 환경에서 측정된 수소 이온 전도도는 NMP : DMAc 50:50 부피/부피-%에서 최대 1.38×10 -1 S/cm이었다.

        Magnesium alloys are alloyed with rare earth elements (Re, Ca, Sr) due to the limited use of magnesium in high-temperature conditions. In this study, the influences of Zr and Zn on the aging behavior of a Mg-Nd-Y alloy were investigated. magnesium alloys containing R.E elements require aging treatments Specifically, Nd, Y and Zr are commonly used for high-temperature magnesium alloys. Various aging treatments were conducted at temperatures of 200, 250 and 300˚C for 0.5, 1, 3, 6, and 10 hours in order to examine the microstructural changes and mechanical properties at a high temperature (150˚C). Hardness and high-temperature (150˚C) tensile tests were carried out under various aging conditions in order to investigate the effects of an aging treatment on the mechanical properties of a Mg-3.05Nd-2.06Y-1.13Zr-0.34Zn alloy. The maximum hardness was 67Hv; this was achieved after aging at 250˚C for 3 hours. The maximum tensile, yield strength and elongation at 150˚C were 237MPa, 145MPa and 13.6%, respectively, at 250˚C for 3 hours. The strengths of the Mg-3.05Nd-2.06Y-1.13Zr-0.34Zn alloy increased as the aging time increased to 3 hours at 250˚C This is attributed to the precipitation of a Nd-rich phase, a Zr-rich phase and Mg3Y2Zn3.

        Cube textured Ni substrate were fabricated for YBCO coated conductors from the initial specimens prepared by powder metallurgy (P/M) and casting and the effects of annealing temperature and reduction ratio on texture formation and microstructural evolution were evaluated. A strong cube texture formed for P/M substrate, and the degree of texture did not significantly vary with annealing temperature of .         The mechanical properties of ceramics materials can be tailored by designing their microstructures. We have reported that development of texture can be controlled by slip casting in a strong magnetic field followed by heating even for diamagnetic ceramics such as alumina. A strong magnetic field of 12T was applied to the suspension indcuding alumina powder to rotate each particle during slip casting. The sintering was conducted at the desired temperature in air without a magnetic field. C-axis of alumina was parallel to the magnetic field. Bending strength of textured alumina depended on the direction of oriented microstructure.

        This work will report a highly textured β-Si3N4 ceramic by aqueous slip casting in a magnetic field and subsequent pressureless sintering, Effects of the sintering aids, polymer dispersant, pH and stirring time on the stability of the Si3N4 slurries were studied. The textured β-Si3N4 with 97 % relative density could be obtained by slip casting in a magnetic field of 12 T and subsequent sintering at 1800 oC for 1 h. The textured microstructure is featured by the alignment of c-axis of β-Si3N4 crystals perpendicular to the magnetic field, and the Lotgering orientation factor, f, is determined to be 0.8.

The sintered density was changed by the degree of oxidation at 1200C and 1300C. The degree of orientation of alumina in the nanocomposite was examined on the basis of the X-ray diffraction patterns and scanning electron micrographs. It is confirmed that aluminaoriented nanocomposites were fabricated. The three-point bending strength at room temperature was observed for the nanocomposites.

        Since ancient Eygypt, various dental materials were used for lost teeth including gold. The key point of this materials were nontoxic to human body. Since early of 1990's, dental implant was done for recovery of maxillofacial defects. From middle of 1970's, osseointergation concept of implant was introduced and performed in dental field. Biocompatibility of titanium showed good effect for osseointergration but had some problems (Galvance current and toxic corrosion) with suprastructures such as gold crowns. This study was performed to make safe dental implants which have reduced Galvanic currents and corrosion. 3 kind of dental casting gold alloys (different Gold contents, 1㎝×1㎝×0.1㎝ plates.) were used as experimental group, while Titanium were used as control group. Normal human osteoblasts(NHOsts)were cultured during 1-4weeks for histologic study. For analysing the calcium(Ca), Phosphorus(P) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP), NHosts were cultred during 2-23days. After experiments, histologic finding were observed by LSM and SEM. Ca, P, ALP concentration by automatic biochemical analyzer were analyzed by ANOVA test and linear regression method. The results were as follows. Biocompatibility of dental casting gold alloys were similar to titianium alloys histolgically. Biochemical analysis of dental casting gold alloys had no significant difference to titianium alloy except AIGIS-Fine. We could conclude that biocompatibility of dental casting gold alloys with high contents of gold were superior to that of low contents and alloys with high contents of gold had no significant difference from titanium on NHost culture. Gold dental implant might be better than titanium implant due to similar biocompatibility and no galvanic currency.
