        본 연구의 목적은 영화 <곡성>에 나타난 샤머니즘, 기독교, 예측 불가능성의 공포, 그리고 예측 가능성의 폭력이 제공하는 인간 실존의 문제를 논의하고자 한다. 영화 <곡성>에서 발생하는 살인사건은 야생 독버섯의 감염으로 인한 부 작용의 시각으로 판단할 수도 있다. 그러나 영화 <곡성>의 나홍진 감독은 공포 의 두려움이 만드는 의심, 현혹, 그리고 믿음의 문제를 다양한 종교적 측면에서 접근을 시도하고 있다. 나홍진 감독은 설명할 수 없는 비극적 현실을 맞이한 인 간에게 필요한 신적 개입이나 종교에 대한 본질적 의문을 영화에서 제시하고 있다. 영화 <곡성>에서 예측 불가능성이나 인과관계의 시선과 상관없이 등장인 물이 직면하는 비극적 결과는 변하지 않는다. 결론적으로 영화의 주인공, 관객, 그리고 인간은 혼돈과 질서가 혼재된 세계에서 신적 존재에 대한 갈망, 실망, 그 리고 인간 실존의 혼란을 경험할 뿐이다.

        Undenatured castor oil and trimethylolpropane (TMP) were used to obtain bio-based water-based polyurethane. Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) was incorporated into the formulation to obtain a transparent film, and ethylenediamine (EDA) was used for chain extension. In order to measure the change in physical properties according to the contents of castor oil and TMP, each tensile strength, elongation, and abrasion resistance test was conducted. As the contents of castor oil and TMP increased, the tensile strength increased, the elongation decreased, and the surface hardened strongly as the respective contents increased.

        Ion-beam irradiation(IB) on HfO2 surface induced high-performance liquidcrystal(LC) driving at a 1-V threshold with vertical alignment of liquid crystals(LC). The high-k materials Atomic layer deposition was used to obtain LC orientation on ultra thin and high-quality films of HfO2 layers. To analyze surface morphological transition of HfO2 which can act as physic alignment effect of LC, atomic force micro scopy images are employed with various IB intensities. The contact angle was measured to elucidate the mechanism of vertical alignment of LC on HfO2 with IB irradiation. Contact angle measurements show the surface energy changes via IB intensity increasing.

        The Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1-x)4 (CZTSSe) absorbers are promising thin film solar cells (TFSCs) materials, to replace existing Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) and CdTe photovoltaic technology. However, the best reported efficiency for a CZTSSe device, of 13.6 %, is still too low for commercial use. Recently, partially replacing the Zn2+ element with a Cd2+element has attracting attention as one of the promising strategies for improving the photovoltaic characteristics of the CZTSSe TFSCs. Cd2+ elements are known to improve the grain size of the CZTSSe absorber thin films and improve optoelectronic properties by suppressing potential defects, causing short-circuit current (Jsc) loss. In this study, the structural, compositional, and morphological characteristics of CZTSSe and CZCTSSe thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), and Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), respectively. The FE-SEM images revealed that the grain size improved with increasing Cd2+ alloying in the CZTSSe thin films. Moreover, there was a slight decrease in small grain distribution as well as voids near the CZTSSe/Mo interface after Cd2+ alloying. The solar cells prepared using the most promising CZTSSe absorber thin films with Cd2+ alloying (8 min. 30 sec.) exhibited a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9.33 %, Jsc of 34.0 mA/cm2, and fill factor (FF) of 62.7 %, respectively.

        The biocarbon (SKPH) was obtained from Sargassum spp., and it was evaluated electrochemically as support for the CO2 reduction. The biocarbon was synthesized and activated with KOH, obtaining a high surface area (1600 m2 g− 1) due to the activation process. Graphitic carbon formation after pyrolysis was confirmed by Raman spectroscopy. The XRD results show that SKPH has an amorphous structure with peaks corresponding to typical amorphous carbonaceous materials. FTIR was used to determine the chemical structure of SKPH. The bands at 3426, 2981, 2851, and 1604 cm− 1 correspond to O–H, C-H, and C-O stretching vibrations, respectively. Then, it compares SKPH films with different carbon films using two electrolytic systems with and without charge transfer. The SKPH film showed a capacitive behavior in the KOH, H2SO4, and, KCl systems; in the acid medium, the presence of a redox couple associated with carbon functional groups was shown. Likewise, in the [Fe(CN)6]−3 and Cu(II) systems, the charge transfer process coupled with a capacitive behavior was described, and this effect is more noticeable in the [Fe(CN)6]−3 system. Electrodeposition of copper on SKPH film showed two stages Cu(NH 3)2+ 4 /Cu(NH 3)+ 2 and Cu(NH 3)+ 2 ∕Cu in ammonia media. Hydrogen formation and the activity of CO2 are observed on SKPH film and are favored by the carbon’s surface chemistry. Cu/SKPH electrocatalyst has a catalytic effect on electrochemical reduction of CO2 and inhibition of hydrogen formation. This study showed that the SKPH film electrode responds as a capacitive material that can be used as an electrode for energy storage or as metal support.

        목적 : 본 연구는 정상안에서 눈물막 지질층이 시력의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 건성안을 포함하여 안과적 질환과 관련된 진단을 받은 적이 없으며 교정시력이 20/20 이상인 30명(60 안)을 대상으로 하였다. 굴절이상, 눈물막 지질층 두께, 대비감도를 검사하였고, 눈물막 지질층은 정량적으로 두께 를 측정하여 3 그룹(15~30 nm, 30~80 nm, >80 nm)로 분류하였다. 대비감도는 명소시 상태에서 공간주파수 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 18 cpd(cycles per degree)에 대하여 각각 검사하였다. 결과 : 전체 대상자 중 44안이 80 nm 보다 얇은 1, 2 그룹에 속했고 눈물막 지질층 두께 측정에서 80 nm보다 두꺼운 3 그룹에서만 정상 대비감도를 보였다. 눈물막 지질층 두께가 증가할수록 모든 영역의 공간주파수에서 대 비감도가 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 눈물막 지질층 두께가 두꺼워질수록 굴절이상도가 높게 나타났다. 결론 : 교정시력 20/20 이상에서 눈물막 지질층의 불안정이 대비감도 저하에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 따라 서 시력검사 과정에서 안정된 눈물막 유지를 위한 검사자의 세심한 조치가 필요하며, 눈물막 지질층과 대비감도 검사 병행은 더 나은 시력의 질을 제공하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

        목적 : 미세먼지가 젊은층과 노년층의 눈물막에 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 미세먼지 농도 수준에 따라 눈물의 양, 안정성 및 지질층 두께 변화를 평가하였다. 방법 : 안질환이 없는 20대와 60대 각각 25명(총 50명)이 참석하였고, 한국환경공단에서 제공된 미세먼지 좋 음 수준(0~30 ㎍/m³)과 나쁨 수준(51~100 ㎍/m³)에서 각각 이들을 대상으로 눈물 검사를 하였다. 눈물양은 OCCUTUBE(OccuTech Co., Seongnam, Korea)로, 눈물막 안정성은 침습성눈물막파괴시간(TBUT), 비침습성 눈물막파괴시간(NIBUT)로 지질층 두께는 Lipiview® 로 평가하였으며, 건성안 관련 증상은 OSDI 설문지를 이용 하여 평가하였다. 미세먼지 수준에 따른 비교는 SPSS version 21.0(SPSS Inc, Chicago, IL, USA)를 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 젊은층과 노년층 모두 미세먼지 나쁨 수준인 날에서는 눈물의 양과 안정성이 미세먼지 좋음 수준인 날과 비교하여 유의하게 감소하였으나(p<0.050), 지질층 두께와 OSDI 설문값은 미세먼지 수준에 따라 젊은층과 노년층에서 모두 유의한 차이가 없었다. 미세먼지 농도가 증가할수록 OCCUTUBE 검사값과 TBUT 와 NIBUT는 감소하는 상관성을 보였으며, 노년층의 상관계수(r=0.35, p<0.001, r=0.47, p<0.001, r=0.52, p<0.001, respectively)가 젊은층의 상관계수(r=0.34, p<0.001, r=0.37, p<0.001, r=0.40, p<0.001, respectively)보다 다소 높았다. 결론 : 미세먼지는 젊은층과 노년층에의 눈물의 양과 안정성을 감소시켜 건성안 유발요인으로 작용할 것으로 사료된다.

        The overall process, from the pre-treatment of aluminum substrates to the eco-friendly neutral electroless Ni-P plating process, was observed, compared, and analysed. To remove the surface oxide layer on the aluminum substrate and aid Ni-P plating, a zincation process was carried out. After the second zincation treatment, it was confirmed that a mostly uniform Zn layer was formed and the surface oxide of aluminum was also removed. The Ni-P electroless plating films were formed on the secondary zincated aluminum substrate using electroless plating solutions of pH 4.5 and neutral pH 7.0, respectively, while changing the plating bath temperature. When a neutral pH7.0 electroless solution was used, the Ni-P plating layer was uniformly formed even at the plating bath temperature of 50 oC, and the plating speed was remarkably increased as the bath temperature was increased. On the other hand, when a pH 4.5 Ni-P electroless solution was used, a Ni-P plating film was not formed at a plating bath temperature of 50 oC, and the plating speed was very slow compared to pH 7.0, although plating speed increased with increasing bath temperature. In the P contents, the P concentration of the neutral pH 7.0 Ni-P electroless plating layer was reduced by ~ 42.3 % compared to pH 4.5. Structurally, all of the Ni-P electroless plating layers formed in the pH 4.5 solution and the neutral (pH 7.0) solution had an amorphous crystal structure, as a Ni-P compound, regardless of the plating bath temperature.

        This study was carried out to examine the physical characteristics of bacterial cellulose (BC) and its optimal culture condition using coffee by-products. Recently, recycling resources and employing eco-friendly materials have been raised as significant issues in the food industry. As the coffee industry develops, interests and efforts for recycling coffee wastes are also growing. This study attempted to confirm the production of BC by utilizing spent coffee grounds filtrate as a medium. In order to confirm the optimal culture conditions for BC production, different culture methods, initial pH, culture temperature, and culture period were examined. The optimal pH and temperature were 6.0 and 30oC, and the optimal culture period was 14 days. The cultivated BC was dried by hot air drying, freezedrying, and mold drying, respectively. Then, the properties of the BC films, such as tensile strength, elongation, water-solubility, thickness, and chromaticity were compared. The drying method affected the shape and structure of the final BC films. The production of BC film is expected to expand opportunities for recycling coffee by-products and contribute to solving environmental problems caused by food waste.
