        Untreated waste is temporarily stored on the site of the nuclear power plant. In some nuclear power plants, saturation period of temporary storage waste is less than 10 years away. As untreated waste continues to be generated in nuclear power plants, it could also affect management of operations. Accordingly, CRI is developing the 3.5 generation plasma torch melting facility for waste treatment. The 3.5th generation plasma torch melting facility consists of melter, plasma torch, waste supply device, exhaust gas treatment facility, power supply, etc. Melter is composed of melting chamber for melting control and pyrolysis chamber for waste pretreatment, and dam-type discharge device is adopted to overflow the melt. Plasma torch is hollow type with reversed discharge, has a rating of megawatt class, and has two gas supply lines. It can be used in transfer mode, non-transfer mode and mixed mode. There are three types of device for waste supply. The first is a drum pusher for injecting 200 L drums, the second is a screw-type waste supply and hopper for injecting solid waste, and the third is a nozzle-type waste supply device for injecting liquid waste. Exhaust gas treatment facility was equipped with post combustion chamber, off-gas cooler, high-temperature filter, HEPA filter, reheater, scrubber, ID fan and etc. Power supply of plasma torch operation is designed with a capacity of 1.5 megawatt (Maximum) and consists of channels A and B. Transfer mode, non-transfer mode and mixing mode of plasma torch may be selected through the control of PLC. This paper introduces the composition and function of the 3.5th generation plasma torch melting facility of CRI. In order to solve the problems arising through the operation of the 3rd generation plasma torch melting facility, an optimization plan is applied.

        Even though it is emphasized to apply safeguards-by-design (SBD) concept in the early phase of the design of a new nuclear facilities, there is no clear guideline or tools for the practical SBD implementation. Generally known approach is trying to review whether there is any conflicts or shortcomings on a conceptual safeguards components in a design information. This study tries to build a systematic tools which can be easily applied to safeguards analysis. In evaluating the safeguards system or performance in a facility, it is essential to analyze the diversion path for nuclear materials. Diversion paths, however, can be either extremely simplified or complicated depending on the level of knowledge and purpose of specific person who do analyze in the field. In the context, this study discusses the applicability of an event tree and fault tree method to generating diversion paths systematically. The essential components constituting the diversion path were reviewed and the logical flow for systematically creating the diversion path was developed. The path generation algorithm based on the facility design components and logical flow as well as the initial information of the nuclear materials and material flows was test using event tree and fault tree analysis tools. The usage and limitation of the applicability of this two logic methods are discussed and idea to incorporate the logic algorithm into the practical program tools is suggested.The results will be used to develop a program module which can systematically generate diversion paths using the event tree and fault tree method.

        While protecting its lives and property from natural disasters such as floods and droughts, North Korea needs to develop into an informationized industrial society by securing renewable energy power in the era of energy transition. In addition, existing research has considered that a policy of continuous and consistent expansion of renewable energy based on the safety of the lives of ordinary people could be the solution. South Korea needs to recognize that the supply of energy for a minimum of living is more important to the North Korean people than the economic benefits of securing North Korea's renewable energy market. Therefore, in this paper, from that point of view, we have calculated the amount of electricity that North Korea lacks necessary for the lives of its inhabitants that can be replaced by renewable energy, and considered ways to estimate the market value.

        본 연구는 정서적으로 불안정한MZ세대에게 나타나는 번아웃을 치유하기 위한, 디지털시 동영상 구독이 번아웃 치유에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 서울과 경기 지역에 거주하는 MZ세대 300명에게 설문지를 배포 및 회수하였다. 18개 문항으로 Likert 5점 척도로 구성된 번아웃 자가진단표 점수가46점 이상인 80명을 심층면접을 통해 선정하였다. 이중에서 3개월 동안 디지털시 프로그램에 구독하고자 하는 40명을 실험집단으로 분류하고, 디지털시 프로그램에 구독하기를 원하지 않는 40명을 대조집단으로 분류하였다. 직업, 스트레스 요인, 번아웃 치유 효과가 번아웃에 미치는 요인 간의 상관관계를 규명하기 위해 SPSS 27.0을 이용하여 교차분석, 독립표본 T-검정, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 첫째, 직업과 번아웃 사이에는 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털시를 구독한 실험집단은 구독하지 않은 대조집단에 비해 번아웃 상태가 유의하게 개선되었다. 셋째, 번아웃에 영향을 미치는 요인은 상실감, 무기력감, 부담감, 피로감, 우울감 순으로 나타났으며, 그 중 상실감과 부담감이 전체의 80.395%로 높은 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 선정된 요소인 상실감과 부담감을 기반으로 한 치유모델 개발을 통하여, MZ 세대의 스트레스 개선으로 번아웃을 극복하는 디지털 치유 프로그램 구성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

        Recent progress has been made to establish intestinal organoids for an in vitro model as a potential alternative to an in vivo system in animals. We previously reported a reliable method for the isolation of intestinal crypts from the small intestine and robust three-dimensional (3D) expansion of intestinal organoids (basal-out) in adult bovines. The present study aimed to establish next-generation intestinal organoids for practical applications in disease modeling-based host-pathogen interactions and feed efficiency measurements. In this study, we developed a rapid and convenient method for the efficient generation of intestinal organoids through the modulation of the Wnt signaling pathway and continuous apical-out intestinal organoids. Remarkably, the intestinal epithelium only takes 3-4 days to undergo CHIR (1 µM) treatment as a Wnt activator, which is much shorter than that required for spontaneous differentiation (7 days). Subsequently, we successfully established an apical-out bovine intestinal organoid culture system through suspension culture without Matrigel matrix, indicating an apical-out membrane on the surface. Collectively, these results demonstrate the efficient generation and next-generation of bovine intestinal organoids and will facilitate their potential use for various purposes, such as disease modeling, in the field of animal biotechnology.

        MMORPG 게임의 특성상 이러한 사용자들에게 어떻게 효율적이고 안전하며 개인화된 네트워크 서비스를 제 공할 것인가 하는 문제가 시급히 해결되어야 할 과제입니다. 클러스터링 알고리즘은 네트워크 사용자 행동 을 분석할 때 사용자 행동 데이터의 규모를 미리 결정해야 하며 생성된 클러스터에도 의미 기능이 부족합 니다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 네트워크 사용자 행동 데이터의 특성에 대한 클러스터 분석을 수행하고 LFM, 행렬 분해 및 기타 방법을 적용하여 네트워크 사용자 행동 클러스터링을 위한 자동 클러스터 레이블 생성 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과 제안하는 방법은 사용자 행동 데이터의 규모를 미리 결정할 필요가 없으며 클 러스터링 과정에서 클러스터 레이블을 동시에 생성할 수 있으며 생성된 클러스터 레이블은 사용자 행동의 실제 의미를 따릅니다.

        Although airborne wear particles (AWPs) generated from wheel-rail contacts are the major source of particulate matter (PM) in subway systems, studies on reducing the generation of such particles in order to enhance air quality are extremely rare. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of applying water-lubricant (applying tap water) on improving air quality by reducing the mass concentration (MC) of AWPs from wheel-rail contacts at a train velocity of 73 km/h using a twin-disk rig. An optical particle sizer was used to measure the MC of particles with the diameter range of 0.3 μm~10 μm. The results showed that the generation trends regarding PM1, PM2.5, and PM10 were different for dry and water-lubricated conditions: all three PMs showed an increasing-decreasing trend with slip rate under dry conditions; however, they were almost constant with slip rate under water-lubricated conditions. The particle size distributions were also different for dry and water-lubricated conditions: the peak occurred in multi-modal with the largest peak at approximately 6 μm in diameter under dry conditions; whereas, the peak occurred in bi-modal with the largest peak at approximately 0.9 μm in diameter under water-lubricated conditions. In addition, MCs were mostly smaller under water-lubricated conditions than dry conditions except at approximately 0.9 μm in diameter. Applying water significantly decreased PM1~2.5 and PM2.5~10 by more than 95%. This caused a decrease in PM2.5 and PM10 by 48.1% and 78.5%, respectively. On the other hand, applying water increased PM0.3~1 (i.e., PM1) by 52.8%, possibly owing to the effect of water vapor and mineral crystals from tap water. Overall, these findings indicate that water-lubrication can improve air quality in subway systems by reducing the MC of APWs generated from wheel-rail contacts. This study may provide a reference for future studies seeking to improve air quality in subway systems by reducing AWPs generated from wheel-rail contacts by applying lubricants.

        본 연구는 우리나라 해안에서 널리 서식 중인 해양 자원 중 하나인 전복(Haliotis discus hannai) 의 차세대염기서열분석 데이터 기반으로 선별한 신규 펩타이드의 항암 활성을 평가한 연구이 다. 펩타이드의 항암 활성은 교모세포종 세포주인 SNU-489에서 농도 의존적으로 처리 시간에 비례하여 증가하였으며, 200 μM로 48시간 처리하였을 때 암 세포 사멸율이 67%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 반면 정상 세포인 HaCaT에서 가장 높은 세포 사멸율은 18%로 농도 의존적이었으나 처리 시간과는 무관하였다. 또한 신규 펩타이드의 항암 메커니즘 과정을 밝히기 위해 세포자 멸괴사(Necroptosis) 관련 유전자의 발현 변화를 qRT-PCR 방법을 통해 검증하였다. RIPK3는 신 규 펩타이드 처리군에서 200 μM 처리 시 9배 이상 발현 증가, MLKL는 100 μM 처리군에서 대조군 대비 2배 이상 유의미하게 발현이 증가되었다. 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때, 전복 유래 신규 펩타이드는 암 세포 특이적으로 세포 독성을 가지며, 세포자멸괴사 메커니즘을 통해 암 세포 사멸을 일으키는 것으로 추측되므로 신규 펩타이드가 추후 교모세포종 치료제의 후보 물질로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        한국교회는 코로나19 창궐 2년을 지나면서 그 영향력과 교세가 위축되고 있다. 특별히 다음세대들에 대한 전도와 선교는 손을 놓고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 일반 사회와 경제 영역에서는 대한민국 미래를 이끌어갈 Z세대에 대해서 다각적이고 폭넓은 연구를 하는 반면 교회에서 그들에 대한 연구와 노력은 과거에 정체되어 있는 정도이 다. 이런 상황에서 연구자는 현 코로나 시대에 어떻게 하면 Z세대 선교에 활로를 찾을 까 고심하였고 그 대안을 오순절 선교의 “세 가지 대결”에서 찾아보았다. 세계 선교의 통계에 있어서 아직도 기독교인의 성장을 이루는 선교는 바로 오순절/은사주의 선교이다. 특별히 이 오순절/은사주의 선교의 확장을 이루는 그 중심에는 체험의 영성이 있고 이것은 구체적으로 “세 가지 대결 – 능력대결, 진리대결, 충성대결” 에 의해서 구현된다. 이 오순절 선교의 “능력대결, 진리대결, 충성대결” 이 현재 Z세대들의 특성에 상황화하여 “멀티사이트 Z세대 사역, 온라인 플랫폼 선교사역, 그리고 스토리텔링(Storytelling)에서 스토리리빙

        이 논문은 대중음악의 리듬에 큰 영향을 끼친 펑크 리듬과 아프로 큐반 리듬을 구조적 관점으로 분석하여 그 연관성과 응용과정을 연구하였다. 펑크 리듬은 1965년 제임스 브라운과 그의 밴드들 에 의해 발생 및 발전되었으며, 아프리카에서 온 흑인들에게 영향을 받은 라틴 음악의 리듬을 미 국 대중음악에 적용하고 융합하여 만들어 낸 리듬이다. 대중음악 리듬에 큰 영향을 끼치고 있는 펑크 리듬의 발생과 발전에 대해 체계적으로 분석하여, 리듬의 응용과 융합 방법의 원리를 제시하 는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 연구 방법은 대중음악 리듬의 혁명으로 불리는 1960년대 중반 이후 의 제임스 브라운의 앨범에 정착된 펑크 리듬과 아프로 큐반 음악의 리듬 구조를 비교하여 연관성 을 분석하였고, 대중음악 리듬으로 응용 및 적용하는 과정에 대해 추론하였다. 연구 결과 아프로 큐반의 대표적인 리듬들과 대중음악에서 사용되는 펑크의 중심 리듬에서 그 연관성을 찾을 수 있 었으며, 특히 드럼의 킥 패턴과 킥과 스네어 드럼 조합의 패턴을 응용하여 대중음악 리듬으로 만 들었다는 것을 도출해 내었다. 마지막으로 이 방법을 활용하여 좀 더 많은 전통 리듬들을 응용하 여 새로운 대중음악의 리듬을 응용하고 만들어내는 가능성을 제시하였다.

        In worldwide, tens of thousands of units of particle accelerators have been used and more than 97% of those accelerators are used for dedicated medical of commercial applications. Radionuclide production cyclotron produce several positron-emitting radionuclides such as 18F by 18O(p,n)18F reaction which generates secondary neutrons. It is of note that these neutrons cause neutron activation in structures and components of cyclotron facilities. Therefore, International Atomic Energy Agency had addressed that a well-developed estimate of the neutron activation induced radioactive inventory of accelerator facilities is needed for the proper planning and safe implementation of decommissioning using proven methods or codes that can be used to perform activation calculations. Moreover, IAEA suggested that during the operation of cyclotrons, concrete walls become radioactive over time and this radioactivity needs to be fully characterized as part of early decommissioning planning. In this study, Neutron activation in the medical cyclotron facilities was evaluated with the MCNP and FISPACT-II code to analyze the generation of decommissioning radioactive wastes during facilities dismantling. For the reference case, residual radioactivity concentration of each activation product (e.g. 60Co, 152Eu, etc.) was calculated and the sum of fractions of the activity concentration of each radionuclide divided by its clearance level was exceeded 1.0 at each calculation point which means radioactive waste generations during decommissioning of the facility. Several points show the calculated sum of fractions (SoF) at inside wall were bigger than the surface wall. The reason of these phenomena is that the slowdown of the incident neutron energy at the inside wall due to neutron attenuation and larger thermal neutron flux than surface wall. It is of note that each activation reaction cross-section was dominant at thermal neutron energy band. Sensitivity analysis was conducted to analyze the effects of design characteristics (e.g. beam energy and current, operation period, and workload). The SoF was exceeded 1.0 at the least activation condition (i.e. 9 MeV, 10 μA) if the operation period was 10 years. For the realistic condition such as 13 MeV, only 10 μA of beam current case shows the SoF was under union. On the other hand, 19 MeV, 60 μA, and 10 years operation case shows the SoF as 20.4 which means the clearance rule can be applied only after 21 years of decay-in-storage. The result of this study can be used for proper planning of decommissioning and/or new installation of cyclotron facilities include considerations of radioactive waste management.

        The purpose of this study is to explore the language attitude of 20s toward genderlect. This study focused on the representation of genderlects in South Korean dramas, and was based on the media reception theory. In the research, 32 men and women aged between 19 to 24 were interviewed in focus groups. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The research results are as follows. First, the participants partially recognized the characteristics of genderlect which were reported in previous studies, and the opinions among the participants hardly agreed. Second, the way which dramas represent genderlect was shown as breaking away from traditional gender roles and the reestablishment of overturned gender roles. Third, this study categorized the positive and negative responses of the participants toward the use of gender language. Fourth, participants’ attitude toward genderlect was gradually arranged from negotiation to opposition. This study is meaningful in that it comprehensively demonstrated the language attitudes of the younger generation. However, there still remains a margin on further research in consideration of non-binary participants and broader contexts.

        Traditional wooden buildings deform over time and are vulnerable to fire or earthquakes. Therefore, traditional wooden buildings require continuous management and repair, and securing architectural drawings is essential for repair and restoration. Unlike modernized CAD drawings, traditional wooden building drawings scan and store hand-drawn drawings, and in this process, many noise is included due to damage to the drawing itself. These drawings are digitized, but their utilization is poor due to noise. Difficulties in systematic management of traditional wooden buildings are increasing. Noise removal by existing algorithms has limited drawings that can be applied according to noise characteristics and the performance is not uniform. This study presents deep artificial neural network based noised reduction for architectural drawings. Front/side elevation drawings, floor plans, detail drawings of Korean wooden treasure buildings were considered. First, the noise properties of the architectural drawings were learned with both a cycle generative model and heuristic image fusion methods. Consequently, a noise reduction network was trained through supervised learning using training sets prepared using the noise models. The proposed method provided effective removal of noise without deteriorating fine lines in the architectural drawings and it showed good performance for various noise types.
