        본 연구는 도시재생에서 녹지율과 오픈스페이스 비율 등 생태환경요소가 도시재생과 어떠한 관계가 있으며 영향이 있는지를 탐색하기 위하여 한국토지정보시스템(KLIS)에서 지리정보시스템(GIS)분석으로 지표를 추출하여 경험적 분석(Empirical Analysis)를 통해 생태환경지표를 탐색하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 도시재생 선도지역 및 일부 활성화 지역을 대상으로 각 현황별 하위 항목을 지표로 선정하고, 각 항목에 대한 정량적 데이터를 가지고 도시재생의 중요한 평가 지표가 무엇인지를 파악하고자 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과 생태환경적 요인인 녹지율과 오픈스페이스 비율, 주택보급률, 기초생활수급자비율간의 상관성이 높게 나타났다. 그리고, 지표 간 영향력을 파악하기 위해 회귀분석한 결과 녹지율과 기초생활수급자 간의 영향력이 높게 나타났다. 이는 향후 도시재생사업을 추진함에 있어 물리적인 요소뿐만 아 니라 공원 및 녹지 등의 생태환경적인 요소도 포함할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 지금까지 도시 재생 연구는 건물, 산업, 문화 지표 등을 중심으로 많이 이루어지고 있으나 향후에는 생태환경 적인 요소에 관한 연구가 필요하다는 것을 경험적 분석을 통해 알 수 있었다. 또한 녹지율과 오픈스페이스 비율에 대한 정의와 통계 데이터 부족 등으로 구체적인 방향을 제시하지 못 한 연구의 한계가 남으므로 이와 관련된 통계구축 연구도 필요할 것으로 유추된다.

        The Paris Agreement compared to the Kyoto Protocol has a distinct characteristic of all non-party stakeholder’s participation including civil society, private sector, and other subnational authorities to respond to climate change. This study develops Green Infrastructure Performance Index(GIPI) to measure, report and verify greenhouse gases reduction impacts on climate change policies particularly focusing on road transport sector in Korea. It is applied with 16 metropolitan areas to provide policy planners with valuable reduction information and practical and on-time policy implications. The empirical findings show that applying to traffic avoidance, technology improvement, and modal shift strategies through GIPI with the 9 core indices (eco-driving activity, electric vehicle usage, mileage-based auto insurance, etc.) that set target achievement in 2030 is projected to reduce 34.7 mill. CO2-eq, accounting for 11.2% above the national carbon dioxide reduction target of 25.9 mill. CO2-eq by 2030.

        This study established the evaluation index system of green logistics of Changjitu in Chinarelated to environment, resource, economics and technology. It derived the weight value of indexes by using AHP method analyzing interviews logistics researchers and surveys. Based on the results, the paper described the problems of Changjitu's green logistics and proposed some development suggestions.

        This study aims to establish baseline data for sustainable monitoring by applying the green city index (GCI), which is set up to evaluate the city level, to the city of Gangneung-si, which was designated as a pilot city for the Low-carbon Green Growth City project by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transportation. The GCI was applied in the framework of European systems, while considering the social and economic status of Korea. Indicators from 7 areas—CO2, energy, building, transportation, water, waste, and quality of atmosphere were analyzed, except for qualitative indicators. Results indicate that total CO2 emissions were 30.8 tons per capita, or 2.2 tons per one million units of real GDP. The total final energy consumption was 0.231 TOE/capita, or 0.317 TOE per one million units of real GDP. The percentage of total energy derived from renewable resources was 0.41% and energy consumption by the building was 433.5 Mwh/1,000 ㎡. The total percentage of the working population travelling to work daily by public transportation (limited to bus) was 19%. Further, the total annual water consumption was 99 ㎥/capita, and the water lost in the water distribution system was 0.057 ㎥/capita/day. The total annual waste collected was 0.0077 ton per capita, The annual mean emission were 0.014 ppm/day for NO2, 0.005 ppm/day for SO2, and 0.019 ppm/day for O3. The annual mean for PM10 emissions was 39 ㎍/㎥/day.

        This study tried to compare and analyze the thermal comfort index according to GVZ of school green space. For the analysis, this study performed a correlation analysis with weather elements by measuring and calculating UTCI, PMV, and WBGT according to GVZ. GVZ was in the order of Type 3 (5.68 m3/m2) > Type 2 (4.71 m3/m2) > Type 1 (3.37 m3/m2). The average temperature and solar radiation, surface temperature, globe temperature among weather characteristics was in the order of Type 1> Type 2 > Type 3. The UTCI in the school green space was in the order of Type 1 (33.95°C) > Type 2 (33.68°C) > Type 3 (32.73°C). At Type 3 that the GVZ is higher than other Types, it is belongs to range of 26~33°C which gets normal heat stress, and other Types belong to range of 33~38°C which gets strong heat stress. The PMV was in the order of Type 1 > Type 2 > Type 3, and the estimated rate of unsatisfaction was appeared as 100%, so it is uncomfortable even in the school green space that it requires measure on heat wave. The WBGT was in the order of Type 1 > Type 2 > Type 3. The result of the correlation analysis according to the heat comfort index shows that, the higher the green ratio and GVZ are, the UTCI has negative relationship, and PMV and WBGT were analyzed as have no relationship according to green characteristics, but this result was considered as measured at green space when the temperature was at its highest so the uncomfortable feeling was also highest. The result of correlation analysis of green characteristics and the weather elements shows that GVZ and insolation, temperature has negative relationship, so it is considered that the higher the GVZ is, the solar radiation and the temperature are decreased.
