The Lucid technology as an interactive fully illustrated identification tool, has developed and assisted in the diagnosis of agricultural and quarantine pests and invasive organisms over the past years. In this study, lepidopterans specifically relating to quarantine pests were selected for a lucid key development based on the border inspection data from 1996 to 2016 in South Korea. They belong to four families: Sphingidae, Noctuidae, Pyralidae and Crambidae, and also categorize into the three groups: regulated, potential regulated and non-quarantine pests. The key includes diagnostic characters from head, thorax, fore- and hind-wings for each species examined.

The family Monotomidae Laporte includes about 240 species placed in 33 genera worldwide and five species in three genera have been recorded to date in the Korean Peninsula. Mimemodes Reitter contains 15 species occurring worldwide including nine Palaearctic species, of which five are recorded in Japan. In the Korean Peninsula, the genus and a single species, Mimemodes emmerichi Mader, were first recorded by Kang et al. In the present study, we report an additional Korean species of the genus, namely Mimemodes cribratus (Reitter). We provide a redescription, images of habitus and diagnostic characters of the species along with a key to Korean species of Monotomidae.

붉은뾰족반날개[Tachinus (Tachinus) javanus Cameron]를 한반도에서 처음으로 보고한다. 기재문, 외형사진과 식별형질의 그림 및 북방뾰 족반날개속의 검색표를제시한다. 큰갈색뾰족반날개[Tachinus (Tachinus) yezoensis Li]의 수컷형질을 추가하여 재기재한다.

Bethylus Latreille, a type genus of the family Bethylidae, is represented by about 32 species and is recorded fromthe Palaearctic and the Nearctic regions. In East Asia, the genus has been reported from Far Eastern Russia, China andJapan. The genus was well-known as ectoparasitoid of micro-lepidopteran insects including gelechiids, coleophorids.As results of taxonomic study on Korean Bethylinae, the distribution of Bethylus is newly confirmed in South Koreaand the species was identified as B. fuscicornis (Jurine, 1807). We provide the description, diagnostic illustrations of B.fuscicornis and a key to Korean genus of Bethylinae.

북미지역에서 저장곡물해충으로 잘 알려진 거저리과의 북미쌀거저리[Cynaeus angustus (LeConte)]가 국내 여러 정미소에 발생하고 있음을 새롭게 보고하며, 이 미기록종에 대한 성충과 유충 사진 및 진단형질과 저장산물을 검역하는 과정에서 검출되는 거저리과 해충 17종에 대하여 도해 검색자료를 제공하였다.

본고는 향후 한문 교육과 관련하여 수행될 역량 관련 연구의 초석을 다지는 차원에서 교육과정에 핵심역량이 도입되게 된 배경과 취지를 살펴보고, 한문과 교육과정에 제시된 핵심역량 다시 말해 교과역량의 의미를 살펴보았다. 검토 결과 ‘역량’이라는 개념이 1970년대 초 처음 제기된 이래, 자 유교육의 전통에 기반을 둔 학교교육이 가지는 한계를 극복하고자 전 지구적으로 역량을 학교교육 의 중심에 두고 사회적 삶에서 필요한 역량을 강화하는 방향으로 교육내용을 수정하려는 움직임이 있었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 우리나라의 경우도 그간 축적된 핵심역량에 대한 연구 성과가 모여 2015 개정 교육과정에 핵심역량이란 개념이 등장하였는데, 이 핵심역량은 ‘추구하는 인간상’ 및 ‘학 교급별 교육목표’ 등 교육과정을 구성하는 다른 요소들과 긴밀한 연계 속에서 의미와 가치를 지니 고 있다. 한편, 2015 개정 한문과 교육과정에서는 ‘의사소통 능력’, ‘정보처리 능력’, ‘창의적 사고 능력’, ‘인성 역량’, ‘심미적 감성’ 5가지의 교과역량을 제시하고 있는데, 이는 기존에 없던 새로운 내용을 추가한 것이 아니라 그간 한문과 교육과정의 성격에 포함되어 있던 내용을 역량이란 관점에 서 요목화한 것이다. 즉, 한문과 교육과정에 제시된 교과역량은 총론에서 제시한 핵심역량과 궤를 함께하면서도 한문과 고유의 성격을 반영하고 있는 것이다.

인터넷과 스마트폰의 보급과 함께 사람들은 관심 있는 정보를 포털사이트에서 실시간으로 검색할 수 있게 되었다. 그에 따라 빅데이터가 비정형적으로 형성되고 이를 이용하기 위한 연구 분야가 발전하고 있다. 최근 식품분야 에서도 빅데이터를 활용한 연구의 필요성이 꾸준히 제기 되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 최대 규모의 포털 사이트인 네이버의 검색 통계를 활용하여, 사람들의 연관 검색어 빈도에 따른 식품안전 사고 원인 식품과 식중독 원인 병원 체들의 관계를 분석하였다. 특히 식중독과 관련된 식품과 식중독 원인 병원체의 포털사이트 키워드 검색 건수와 해당 원인 식품 및 병원체의 뉴스검색 건수를 분석하였으며, 최종적으로 키워드 검색 건수와 실제 식중독 발생 시기의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 일반적으로 식중독 발생 직후 관련 키워드 검색 건수가 증가하는 것으로 나타 났으며, 특별하게 굴과 같은 계절성 식품의 경우 키워드 검색 건수 증가 이후에 식중독 사고가 발생한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 통해 검색 건수가 증가하는 식중독 세균이나 식품들을 식중독 사전 예방적 차원의 정보로 활용할 수 있다면 식중독 사고 발생 가능성을 낮출 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Pictorial key to pupa of the genus Olenecamptus in Korea is provided. This study was carried out with pupa of five species in Korea: Olenecamptus formosanus Pic, 1914, Olenecamptus octopustulatus (Motschulsky, 1860), Olenecamptus clarus Pascoe, 1859, Olenecamptus cretaceus cretaceus Bates, 1873 and Olenecamptus subobliteratus Pic, 1923. The description of life cycle and host-plant of the genus Olenecamptus are also given.

Monodontomerus Westwood is widely distributed genus in Torymidae Walker, and it consists of 41 species with one fossil species. In Palearctic region, 18 species are recorded, each 5 species are known from Japan and China, and 8 species from Russia. However, in South Korea, only two species are known as follows: Monodontomerus dentipes (Dalman) and M. minor (Ratzeburg). In this study, four species are newly reported and a key to South Korean species of the genus Monodontomerus Westwood, diagnosis, photos of characteristics are provided.

Leucospidae Walker are a relatively small family in Chalcidoidea, and they consist of four genera and about 140 species in worldwide. In neighboring countries, 12 species are known from China and four species are known from Japan, but only one species is known from South Korea by Paik (1974). In this study, Leucospis yasumatsui Habu is reported for the frist time from South Korea. A key to South Korean species of the genus Leucospis Fabricius, diagnosis, photos of characteristics and distribution from South Korea are provided.

PURPOSES:This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of a school zone traffic safety improvement project on the number of accidents involving children in these zones.METHODS :To analyze the correlation between school zone traffic safety features of roads in the zone and the number of accidents involving children, we developed an occurrence probability model of traffic accidents involving children by using a binary logistic regression model with SPSS 23.0 software. Two separate models were developed for two zones: interior block and arterial road.RESULTS:The model depicted that in the case of the interior block, shorter sidewalk width, speed bump, and an elevated crosswalk were key factors affecting the occurrence of accidents involving children. In the case of arterial roads exceeding a width of 12 m, the speed limit, roadside barriers, and red paving of road surfaces were found to be the key factors.CONCLUSIONS:The results of this study can serve as the elementary research data to help improve the effectiveness of school zone traffic safety improvement projects and school zone road repair projects in future.

해상 위험으로서 인명과 재산의 안전을 확보하고 해양환경을 보호하기 위한 선박검사제도는 그 중요성이 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 국내외 많은 국가에서 선박검사를 선급법인 등 공인선박검사기관(Recognized Organization)에게 맡기어 수행하고 있다. 심지어, 한 개의 기국정부(flag state)가 복수의 국내외 공인선박검사기관에게 정부검사를 수행할 수 있는 자격을 부여함으로써 정부의 선박검사권은 하나의 경쟁시장으로 인식되기까지 이르렀다. 그러나, 본질적으로 선박검사는 해상의 안전, 해양환경의 보호, 해상 보안, 선원의 보호 등을 포함하는 중대한 보호법익을 보장하는 수단으로서 이에 대한 기국의 책무는 명시적으로 국제협약 등에 규정되어 있다. 선박검사가 민간으로 주로 구성된 다수의 공인선박검사기관을 통하여 수행된다고 하여 선박검사권이 ‘정부의 권한사무’(Service of Governmental Authority)에서 ‘상사(商事)적 기능’(Commercial Function)으로 성질변형 되었다고 볼 수 있는가? 오늘날 해상 법익의 중요성과 다수의 국제협약을 종합적으로 검토할 때 정부의 선박검사권은 위임 또는 대행의 현실에도 불구하고 ‘본질적으로 위임불가의 공적 책무’(Intrinsically Non-Delegable Public Duty of a Government)로 발견된다. 이 논문은 국제공인 선박검사기관규칙과 관련 주요 국제협약을 살펴봄으로써 선박검사권의 성질을 규명하고 국내 선박안전법상 ‘업무의 대행’의 규범적 위치를 찾고자 한다.

경운기 시뮬레이터 운전자가 가상환경에서 교육에 몰입할 수 있도록 현실세계에 가상 물체를 겹쳐 보 여주는 증강 현실 기술을 구현하였다. 3D 카메라 입력 장치로부터 초당 30 frame 이상 속도로 경운기 모의 운전 장치의 영상을 획득한다. 획득된 현실 영상을 크로마키 처리하여 가상 현실과 결합하였다. RGB 영상의 HSI 변환 실험결과 색상 최대값 0.52, 최소값 0.153, 채도 최대값 0.57, 최소값 0.16, 명 도 최대값 1, 최소값 0.12이 크로마키 처리를 위해 최적값이었다. 본 연구에서는 키패드를 이용하여 크 로마키 처리된 현실 영상의 위치를 전·후·상·하·좌·우를 버튼으로 조정하여 초기 결합위치를 조정 할 수 있고 최종 조정된 값은 저장하여 유지 관리되도록 하였다. 이를 토대로 초당 30프레임 이상의 속 도로 가상현실과 크로마키 처리 영상을 결합한 증강현실 구현이 가능함을 보였다.

본 연구는 의료분야 사용자 혁신을 아이디어 도출-연구개발-상용화 및 창업의세 단계로 분류하고, 각 단계별로 혁신의 성공에 미치는 핵심요인의 조합을 30개 국내 사례에 대한 퍼지집합 질적 비교분석을 통해 파악했다. 아이디어 단계에서는 사용자 인적 네트워크상에서 그 가치를 평가하고, 연구개발 단계로의 이행을 위한 자원을 제공해 주는 것이 중요했다. 연구개발 단계에서는 급진적 혁신은 기술역량, 자원 접근성, 정부지원이 모두 갖추어져 있거나 우수한 혁신 네트워크에 아이디어가 도입된 경우 발생했다. 상용화/창업의 경우급진적 혁신은 연구개발과 같이 세 조건이 모두 갖춰진 경우 발생했으며, 점진적 혁신은 기술역량이 탁월한 개인이 소규모 정부지원 또는 주변 자원을 활용해 이루어졌다. 민간기업의사용자 혁신 전략과, 정부 지원 정책의 효과, 효율성을 모두 제고할 수 있는 사용자 혁신의틀을 제공했다는 점에 현실적 의미가 있다. 학술적으로는 사용자 혁신 단계별 핵심요인 조합을 규명하고, 퍼지집합 질적 비교분석방법을 적용한 첫 연구라는 의의가 있다.

The country of origin effect (COE) has been a central topic in scholarly international marketing literature for over half a century, but the concept seems to have stubbornly resisted all attempts at providing an encompassing account of how it comes to affect consumers in practice. Through an approach which treats COE as a perceptual phenomenon that is contingent on various psychological mechanisms this conceptual work revisits some three central theoretical issues of COE research and attempt to ferret out tentative means of addressing some of these long lived problems that have been identified in the literature to date.

Species identification, the process of finding the taxon to which a specimen belongs, is a difficult and frustrating task for most biologists but is absolutely fundamental to most biological research. However, proper species identification requires extensive knowledge on the particular taxon, thus can be problematic and confusing for non-professionals. To increase the accuracy of identification, computer-based interactive identification key has been widely used. In order to improve the identification process and promote effective utilization of Korean species, Korean Indigenous Interactive Key System (KIIS) was developed. Moreover, image-based online identification system was developed to broaden the range of users from non-experts to professionals. As the use of mobile device became significant in people’s lives, we further developed mobile web-based identification system.

The subfamily Cylloceriinae were recorded 33 species of three genera, Allomacrus Förster (five species), Cylloceria Schiødte (27 species) and Rossemia Humala (one species), worldwide. The genus Cylloceria can be recognized by following characters: head and face wider than high; anterior margin of clypeus impressed; basal flagellomeres strongly elongate; mesoscutum with distinct notauli; tarsal claw simple; ovipositor long, equal or longer than metasoma. In male of Cylloceria, 3rd and 4th antennal flagellomeres with tyloids of specific shape, which is semicircular emargination and rather deep and distinct. In this study, Korean species of the genus Cylloceria Schiødte are reviewed. Five species of Cylloceria and the subfamily Cylloceriinae are reported for the first time from South Korea, including one new species. Description with photographs of the new species, diagnoses, and a key to South Korean species of Cylloceria are provided.
