        Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) is an anthophilus pest of many greenhouse and field crops worldwide. We compared the influence of constant (27.3ºC) and fluctuating temperatures (23.8 to 31.5ºC, with an average of 27.3ºC) on the life table characteristics of F. occidentalis held at a 16:8 h L:D photoperiod and 45 ± 5% RH. The development times from egg to adult of F. occidentalis were significantly affected by temperature fluctuation and sex. Survival of immature life stages was higher under fluctuating than constant temperature. Total first instar larvae/female was not significantly different (58.7 at constant and 60.5 at fluctuating temperatures) but daily production of first instars was higher in constant temperature than fluctuating temperatures (3.3 at constant temperature and 3.1 at fluctuating temperatures). The off-spring sex ratio was not significantly different between constant and fluctuating temperatures. The intrinsic rate of natural increase (rm), net reproductive rate (R0), finite rate of increase (λ), mean generation time (tG), and doubling time (tD) were affected significantly by fluctuation of temperature. The intrinsic rate of natural increase of F. occidentalis was higher in constant temperature (0.1808) than did in fluctuation of temperatures (0.1733). Thus, this study show that variable temperatures influence population growth rates of F. occidentalis.

        양배추가루진딧물[Brevicoryne brassicae (Linnaeus)]의 생명표를 작성하고자 다채(Brassica campestris var. narinosa)를 기주로 7개 온도 (15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33±1℃, 65±5% RH, 16L : 8D)에서 온도발육 실험을 수행하였다. 24℃에서 온도별 사망률은 어린약충기간(1 st ~ 2 nd )에서 18%였고, 노숙약충기간(3 rd ~ 4 th )에서는 0%였다. 18℃에서 어린약충의 발육기간은 8.4일이었고, 온도가 증가 할수록 발육기간은 짧 아졌으며 노숙약충은 6.7일이었다. 선형회귀분석을 이용한 전체약충의 발육영점온도는 7.8℃였고, 유효적산온도는 120.1일도였다. 성충의 수 명과 산자수는 모든 약충이 사망한 15℃와 33℃를 제외하고 5개 온도에서 조사하였다. 성충수명은 21℃에서 14.9일이었고, 24℃에서 58.5개 의 산자를 생산하였다. 생명표에서 순증가율(Ro)은 24℃에서 47.5였으며, 내적자연증가율(rm)과 기간증가율(λ)은 27℃에서 각각 0.36, 1.43이 었다. 배수기간(Dt)은 27℃에서 1.95d이었고, 평균세대기간(T)은 30℃에서 7.43d이었다.

        호박꽃과실파리(Bactrocera scutellata Hendel)의 성충 수명과 산란수를 7개 온도(15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33 ± 1.0℃, RH 65 ± 5%, 14L: 10D)에서 조사하여 생명표를 작성하였다. 온도별 성충수명은 21℃에서 수컷이 138.0일 암컷이 131.2일로 가장 오래 살았으며, 21℃를 기준으로 저온부와 고온부로 갈수록 수명이 급격히 감소하였다. 온도별 암컷은 18℃이하의 온도에서 산란을 하지 않았으며, 33℃에서는 짝짓기가 가능한 시기까지 살지 못하고 모두 사망하였다. 짝짓기한 암컷의 총 산란수는 111.4개, 일일 산란수는 1.0개로 24℃에서 가장 많은 산란수를 보였고 순증가율(Ro)은 21℃에서 52.27로 가장 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 내적자연증가율(rm)은 27℃에서 0.07을 보였으며, 배수기간(λ)은 27℃에서 10.02로 가장 짧았다. 기간증가율(Dt)은 27℃에서 1.07로 가장 큰 값을 보였고, 평균세대기간(T)은 27℃에서 50.39였다.

        For the comparing of mortality of the resistance and susceptible population of Myzus persicae, etofenprox was treated in the recommended concentration of 200ppm. Mortalities of resistance population were 16.7 and 36.7%, and susceptible population were 86.7 and 86.7% after 24 and 48 hours treatment, respectively. For the detect of cross resistance to other pyrethroids, 6 pyrethroids were examined. Mortalities of susceptible and resistance populations were 90 and 31% to deltamethrin, 92 and 23% to lambda cyhalothrin, 81 and 14% to cypermethrin, 70 and 20% to α-cypermethrin, 29 and 28% to fenpropathrin, 84 and 29% to fenvalerate, respectively. It was showed that resistance populations were generally resistive to other pyrethroids. On the other hands, for recognized ecological characteristic of M. persicae susceptible and resistance populations life table was tested on the pepper leaves in the petri dish and on the plant in the pot. This results were showed that intrinsic rate of increase (r<SUB>m</SUB>), net reproduction number (R₀) and generation time in day (T<SUB>c</SUB>) were significantly different between two population in both tested. However, life span and reproduction period were slightly different between them. Otherwise, feeding behaviors were tested using EPG technique with non- and treated etofenprox. First potential drop time of susceptible and resistance population was 73.5 and 257.9 sec with non-treated and 93.3 and 1076.2 sec after treated, respectively. Electrical probing signals were 8.2 and 48.8 times with susceptible and resistance individuals after treated etofenprox, respectively. It was supposed that the resistance is more probings than susceptible population. After treated, total feeding time have more 6,728.9 sec on resistance than 965.5 sec on susceptible population. So, total non penetration time of susceptible population was 3,000 sec longer than resistance population.

In this thesis, we try to analysis the data set period of automobile production by using survival analysis. While using mean comparison of general statistics commit mistakes, survival analysis can used for including censored data in order to heighten analysis efficiency.

        Adult longevity and fecundity of the foxglove aphid, Aulacorthum solani Kaltenbach, were studied at 12.5~25℃ with 60~70% RH under 16L:8D and the results were put together to build a life table. The longevity of foxglove gradually increased with decreasing temperature below 25℃. Also total fecundity increased with decreasing temperature and highest fecundity was 74.1 nymphs per female at 15℃. However, daily fecundity increased with increasing temperatures up to 20℃ showing 2.9 nymphs per day and thereafter decreased. Net reproduction rate (R₀) was highest of 58.7 at 15℃. The intrinsic rate of increase per day (r<SUB>m</SUB>) and the finite rate of increase per day (λ) were highest of 0.27 and 1.32, respectively and the doubling time (Dt) was shortest of 2.52. the mean generation time (T) was 10.99 at 22.5℃.

        Temperature dependent development of Tetranychus. urticae Koch was studied on the leaf of eggplant at 17, 22, 27, 32 and 37℃, T. urticae showed a minimum mortality at 27℃ and it increased at higher or lower temperatures than 27℃. The hatchability was low at 17 and 37℃. The duration of development decreased with increasing temperatures i.e., 5.3d at 37℃ and 25.8d at 17℃. Linear regression analysis of temperature vs. rate of development yielded the higher r² ≥ 0.88 resulting in a good fit of the estimated line in the range of 17~37℃. Developmental zero temperature was 12.5℃ for the entire immature stage of female and 12.8℃ for that of male. Thermal constants were 80.5 and 74.7 degree days for those of female and male, respectively. Adult life span and oviposition period decreased with increasing temperatures. The number of eggs laid per female peaked at 141.0 eggs at 27℃, while that was a minimum 78.0 eggs at 37℃. Rate of hatchability, ratio of female, and R₀ were increased up to 27℃, and than declined thereafter. Intrinsic rate of natural increase (Rm) increased with rising temperatures and showed a maximum 0.5652 at 37℃. Also, λ increased with increasing temperature. Doubling time (Dt) and generation time (T) decreased with increasing temperature.

        To construct a life table and development model Schizaphis graminum (Rondani), its adult longevity and fecundity were studied at various constant temperatures ranging from 15 to 32.5℃, with 65±5% RH, and a photoperiod of 16L:8D. Adult longevity of the greenbug gradually increased with decreasing temperature below 32.5℃. Total fecundity was not significantly different at all temperatures except at 32.5℃. Daily fecundity gradually increased from 25.0℃. It was 3.6 at 27.5℃ and as temperatures either went down or up, it decreased to 1.4 at 15.0℃ and 0.4 at 32.5℃. Net reproduction rate (Ro) was highest with 47.6 at 25.0℃. The intrinsic rate of increase per day (r<SUB>m</SUB>) and the finite rate of increase per day (λ) were highest with 0.4 and 1.5 at 30.0℃, respectively and the doubling time (Dt) was shortest with 0.98 at 32.5℃. The mean generation time (T) was 8.41 at 30.0℃.

        목화진딧물(Aphis gossypii Glover)의 성충수명, 산자수는 15-32.5, 습도는 , 광주기는 16L: 8D조건에서 조사하였고 이를 이용하여 생명표를 작성하였다. 를 기준으로 온도가 내려감에 따라서 수명이 길어지고 산자수가 증가하였다. 특히 에서 산자수가 61.8마리로 가장 많았다. 이와 다르게 성충의 일일 출산 수는 까지 온도가 올라감에 따라 증가하였고(일일평균 5.6마리) 이후 감소하였다. 온실에서 성충수명은 20.0일, 산자수는 59.6마리로 의 항온조건보다 수명은 길고 산자수는 더 많았다. 목화진딧물의 생명표를 작성한 결과 순증가률(Ro)은 에서 54.9이였고, 내적자연증가률()과 기간증가률()은 에서 0.5와 1.6으로 최고 값이었고, 배수기간(DT)과 평균세대기간(T)은 에서 1.4와 6.8로 가장 작았다. 따라서 이들 수치를 통해 보았을 때 목화진딧물이 생활사를 완성하는데 최적 조건은 라 생각한다.

        쌀바구미 생명표 통계량을 정온 조건과 실온 조건에서 산출하였다. 온일도를 단위로 하였을 때 ~ 범위내 정온 조건에서의 통계량은 실온 조건에서의 통계량과 유사한 차이를 보이지 않았으며 온도간의 변이는 실온에서의 간 변이와 유사하였다. 이 결과는 온일도를 시간단위로 할 때 쌀바구미의 생화사가 표준화 될 수 있음을 시사하는 것이었다. 쌀바구미는 41.2DD에서 산란을 시작하여 38.7DD에서 멈추는 것으로 추정되었다. 외적 자연회가졸 밀도 음가 기간과 평균세대 기간은 각각0.0006/DD, 15.0 DD 그리고 53.6 DD인 것으로 산출되었다.

        The 2013 statistics showed that about 19 million automobiles were registered in Korea and, among these, ELVs amounted to about 770 thousands. Therefore, the Korean government imposed ELV recycling rate of 95% to be implemented by 2015 according to ‘Act on the Resource Circulation of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicles’. However, plastics and non-ferrous metal scraps arising from ELVs are not properly recycled with no adequate reuse: they are becoming major environmental concerns to overcome prior to the enforcement of ELV recycling in Korea. In view of this, contemporary ELVs recycling status in Germany is introduced in detail with main emphases on the legal context regarding efficient disposal and recycling management of ELVs & ASR as part of a preceding investigation into the state of the art example for future Korean recycling model.
