        When 3D printing is used practically at construction sites, there is a serious lack of studies on the conflict with construction-related laws and expected operational problems. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to present obstacles and directions for improvement in construction-related laws (Building Act, Construction Technology Promotion Act, Housing Act, Construction Machinery Management Act, etc.) for practical operation of 3D printing. The important results are as follows. Amending existing construction-related laws for 3D printing is irrational and inefficient in terms of structure and material. This study proposed a method of satisfying performance required by laws or standards based on the performance design method presented in existing laws and systems through structure and material performance certification procedure. In addition, inclusion of 3D printing equipment in the Construction Machinery Management Act results in various restrictions such as equipment inspection and certification of machine parts. As such restrictions can block vitalization of 3D printing, a long-term and step-wise approach was suggested.

        Subcontracting business than the contracting business in shipbuilding industry is a lot of hazardous job and highly accident because of highly work intensity. In order to prevent the accidents, there is a need to analyze characteristic. of shipbuilding, to apply measures of risk assessment. In this paper, I suggested an improvement of the risk assessment through the actual condition research in shipbuilding industry. In the research method, I analysed accidents occurred until 2011-2013. Carried out the actual site survey while two weeks in May 2014. As a result, 1) The main pattern were caught-in or between, fall on the high level according to analyzed accidents. 2) To apply the weight show clear of magnitude for risk assessment. 3) Risk estimation of risk assessment is desirable to be quantization by accidents analysis, and to be greater than or equal to 4 steps.

        The research proposes the complementary methodology using integrated hypothesis testing and confidence interval models that can be identified the statistical difference and practical equivalence. The models developed in this study can be used in the quality improvement processes such as QC story 15 steps. For the expressions of CI4LSD(Confidence Interval for Least Significant Difference) and CI4TOST(Confidence Interval for Two One-Sided Tests) are simple, quality practioners can efficiently handle them. CI4TOST models as a complement can be applied when CI4LSD models are influenced by sample size and precision.

        지난 10년 동안 법원에서는 일반 형사사범에 대하여 집행유예 선고 시 많은 경우 사회봉사명령을 부과하여 외형적으로는 사회봉사명령제도가 정착되어 있는 것으로 보인다. 그런데 법원에서는 사회봉사명령을 어떠한 범죄에 대하여, 어느 정도, 어떠한 내용으로 부과하여야 하는 문제에 있어서 진지한 고민과 그 효과를 고려하기 보다는 과거의 관행대로 부과해온 경향이 적지 않아 보인다. 사회봉사명령제도의 발전은 집행하는 보호관찰소 만의 일이 아니고 부과하는 법원의 결정내용에 따라 이루어 질 수 있다. 법원에서는 우선 사회봉사명령 제도의 중요성을 인식하는 것이 중요하고, 그 부과 대상의 확대와 시간의 탄력적 부과를 통하여 종래의 관행에 안주하지 말고 피고인의 재사회화를 위한 과감한 부과결정을 하여야 할 것이다. 또한 봉사내용의 지정, 봉사기관에 대한 법률상의 감독권의 행사와 집행유예의 취소에 있어서도 사회봉사명령이 법원의 권한임을 인식하고 그 권한 행사에 주저하지 말아야 할 것이다.

        Prescribed according to the occupational safety and health low noise measurement method was changed to personal sampling in the method to measure an area noise. Such method had the limit which did not evaluated characteristic of sound of occurrence and the place of origin. This study was peformed to establish an engineering remedy of the work-place noise. The subject was a vibration control process of the place of business in Pusan. A simulation program applied for an engineering improvement of the work-place noise. The results were as follows: 1. An noise occurrence level of the work-place before improvement was 88~97dB(A), We applied an improvement method to be established and were expected to 80~l19dB(A), 2. The level of the noise-distribution to appear in the place of origin of the work-place before improvement was 90~93dB(A) but, We executed the simulation after applied an engineering remedy and predicted 80~85dB(A). A result of the simulation blue part was changed mostly into the dark blue color. The results suggest that simulation program establishes an engineering remedy and is useful to the case to apply.
