본 연구는 간호사의 대인관계 능력이 재직 의도와 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 경력집단별로 파 악하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 편의표집에 의한 일개 종합병원의 일반 간호사 192명이었다(경력 36 개월 이하 95명, 37개월 이상 97명). 자료수집 기간은 2022년 2월 15일-22이었다. 자료 분석은 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis 등을 통해 이루어졌다. 연구결과를 보면, 이 직 의도가 여자에서 더 높게 나타났다. 그리고 경력 37개월 이상 집단에서 대인관계 능력이 재직 의도와 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 대인관계 능력의 재직 의도에 대한 영향의 분석에서는 37개월 이상 집단에서 유 의한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대인관계 능력의 이직 의도에 대한 영향은 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 결론 적으로 간호사들의 재직 의도 증진을 위해 대인관계 능력 강화를 위한 전략을 구축할 필요가 있으며, 이때 경력을 고려해야 할 것이다.

With increasing interest in the health and safety of food served in restaurants, more emphasis is being placed on the importance of health and food. As a result, Yaksun cuisine with new added effects and image is becoming more popular as a way to improve people’s health. This study analyzed the effects of selection attributes relating to Yaksun cuisine on customer satisfaction and intention to maintain relationship in order to understand various needs of consumers as they relate to health food. The results showed that, among selection attributes of Yaksun cuisine, price, safety, and health were found to have significant effects on customer satisfaction; however, the effect of quality on satisfaction was not verified. Moreover, while the effect of safety and health of Yaksun cuisine on the intention to maintain relationship was found to be significant, the effects of quality and price on the intention to maintain relationship were not verified. These findings suggest that consumers believe Yaksun cuisine is more beneficial for health than general food and trust the origin label, hygiene, and safety of ingredients in Yaksun cuisine. Therefore, the results of this study suggests providing opportunities for consumers to experience diverse tastes in Yaksun cuisine and that development and promotion of different recipes using Yaksun ingredients will help reinforce competitiveness of Yaksun cuisine in the market and increase sales.

Three growing wethers were used to investigate the differences in nitrogen (N) retention, blood plasma metabolite concentration and energy-yielding nutrient supply to muscle and adipose tissue. The wethers were fed one of three diets: timothy hay with concentrate (THD), Italian ryegrass with concentrate (IRD), and rice straw with concentrate (RSD) for 11 days. The experimental diets were adjusted to the animals to provide 100 g of daily gain. The triglyceride (TG) concentration of blood plasma in arterial and portal veins was higher with THD and IRD than with RSD. Conversely, the available amount of TG in tissues was higher with IRD. The daily amount of glucose and non-esterified fatty acids (NEFA) supplied to muscle tissue and adipose tissue was numerically higher with THD than IRD or RSD. Although N retention did not differ among the diets, it was numerically higher with THD than with IRD or RSD. The results suggest that the difference in the amount of glucose and NEFA delivered to muscle tissue may reflect the N retention in response to forage based diets.

본 연구는 자동차 산업 내 소비자들의 고객불평행동과 기업과의 관계유지를 실증적으로 분석한 연구이다. 특히, 기업의 불평관리에 대한 소비자들의 인지된 공정성과 제품 원산지의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 222명의 국산차 소비자들과 232명의 외제차 소비자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 모든 세 가지 유형 (직접행동, 사적행동, 제삼자행동)의 소비자 불평행동들은 기업과의 관계유지에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조절효과에 있어서는 기업의 불평관리에 대한 소비자들의 인지된 공정성이 높을수록 직접행동과 관계유지의 부정적인 관계를 약화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 국산차와 외제차를 기준으로 나눈 두 소비자 그룹 간의 원산지 효과 차이는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 사적행동과 관계유지의 부정적인 관계는 국산차 소비자들보다 외제차 소비자들에게서 더 약한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 실증결과는 서비스 마케팅 분야에서의 이론적 시사점뿐만 아니라 실무자들에게 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Despite a growing interest in the role of written corrective feedback (CF) in L2development, not enough research has examined how learners actually process and understand linguistic information delivered in CF. Acknowledging the importance and necessity of process-oriented research into written CF, the present study investigated the extent to which Korean learners of English understood written CF they received from the teacher in writing classes. In addition, the study looked into whether the presence and quality of understanding of CF was related to learners’immediate uptake and retention of CF. Two intact writing classes and one native English teacher participated in the present research. The study found that a third of CF targeting grammar errors and a half of CF targeting vocabulary errors were correctly understood. The quality of the learners’ understanding of CF was closely related to their immediate uptake in terms of grammar but not in vocabulary; and the quality of their understanding was strongly related to retention in grammar and vocabulary.

본 연구는 BK21 사업의 인력양성 성과를 재학생 유지로 설정하고 BK21 사업 참여기간과 제적 학생 수 그리고 재학생 제적률과의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 1999년, 2002년, 2005년 3개년에 걸친 패널자료를 구축하였다. 구체적인 분석방법으로 POLS(pooled ordinary least squares), 고정효과(fixed effect)와 임의효과 모형(random effect model)을 적용하였다.이러한 분석을 토대로 분석결과를 살펴보면, BK21 사업 참여기간은 제적 학생 수와 재학생 제적률에 공히 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타나 BK21 참여기간이 재학생 유지에 긍정적인 역할을 하였다는 증거를 확인할 수 없었다. 그리고 지원자 대비 입학자 수로 파악한 입학 가능성이 높은 대학원이 재학생 유지에 긍정적인 결과를 나타냈다. 교수의 질을 평가하기 위해 포함한 전임교원 가운데 박사학위 소지자 비율, 전임교원 1인당 대학원생 수, 외국인 교원 수, 졸업자 대비 취업자 수 등은 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않았다.
