        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of long - term deterioration factor of 12 months on 6 kinds of coating waterproofing materials (polyurethane 1, 2, acrylic rubber, polyurea, rubber asphalt, cement - As a part of the study to characterize the performance change in material aspect, the research was carried out on the tensile strength of the polyurea coating waterproofing material against the performance change in the long term exposure to the chemical erosion environment. As shown in the test results, it was mainly performed in an acidic environment, and it can be confirmed that polyurea is not resistant to acid. In the alkali and sodium chloride environment, the tensile strength after immersion for the last 12 months showed a decrease in strength within about 10% of the initial tensile strength, and it was confirmed that the resistance was excellent in an alkali environment.

        Unconditional usage of multi-layered waterproofing membrane system is common in large scale spatial structures in the contemporary setting. This study aims to evaluate the limitation of multi-layered waterproofing membrane system applied to the roofing system of large scale spatial structure and examine thoroughly whether such systems are suitable for steel plate concrete or not.

        In this study, the chemical resistance of polyurea resin waterproofing and anti-corrosion materials that is applied to the social infrastructure was analyzed. Mostly, there are three the main materials which is polyurea resin waterproofing and anti-corrosion, polyurea resin waterproofing and anti-corrosion, polyurethan-polyurea waterproofing and anti-corrosion, and polyurethane waterproofing and anti-corrosion were analyzed as the specimen. As a result of chemically resistant characteristic to three kinds of polyure type materials, it’s polyurethane, polyurea-urethane, and polyurea were arranged in the order. This order is generally predictable order that is expected by any user, but it was settled first by the quantitative evidence of chemical evaluation in this time. And, the result in this study will be utilizing as a basic data for establishing the quality standards which are able to judge the chemically resistant characteristic of polyurea resin waterproofing and anti-corrosion materials.

        비노출형 도막방수재 도포 후 누름콘크리트 타설 시기에 따른 도막방수재의 물리적 특성과 바탕면 조건, 도막두께 및 보강포 사용유무에 따른 내피로성을 검토하였는데, 누름콘크리트 타설 시기가 짧을수록 변색이 심하였고, 도막두께가 두꺼운 반면 인장성능이 낮았다. 내피로 성능은 3 mm의 도막두께에서는 파단되지 않았으나 1, 2 mm는 모두 파단 되었고 부직포로 보강한 경우의 내피로성능이 상대적으로 우수한 것으로 나타났다.
