The In-Pile Section(IPS) is located inside the reactor pool. It is divided into 3-parts; the in-pool pipes, the IVA(IPS Vessel Assembly) and the support structures. The test fuel is loaded inside a double wall, inner pressure vessel and outer pressure vessel, to keep the functionality of the reactor coolant pressure boundary. The IVA is manufactured by local company and the functional test and verification were done through pressure drop, vibration, hydraulic and leakage tests. A IVA has been manufactured by local technique and have finally tested under high temperature and high pressure. The IVA and piping did not experience leakage, as we have checked the piping, flanges, assembly parts. We have obtained good data during the three cycle test which includes a pressure test, pressure and temperature cycling, and constant temperature.

The following paragraph is extracted from an email message written by a German medical doctor working in Papua New Guinea (PNG) since 1999. I was impressed the most by a 15-year-old boy who arrived out of the bush in a health center complaining about lower-right abdominal pain. Due to the possibility of an appendix infection, he had to be transferred to the hospital. But the sea was rough, and he had to wait for two days at the health center. Then a so-called banana boat, a boat with an outboard motor, brought him in a 6-hour trip to Vunapope [a town in PNG]. Even for healthy people such a trip with all the up and down is not a pleasure. As it turned out, the appendix had broken through and quite some pus had collected in his abdomen. In spite of the pain medication, the trip on the boat must have been hell for the boy, but he endured it courageously. The doctor regularly reports about her life and adventures in PNG to her friends and sponsors viaemail. The stories in her e-mail messages are often fascinating and sometimes heartbreaking. Life m PNG is far beyond what some of us can imagine. This article reports on information technology (IT) in PNG, particularly as it affects education and cultural development. The findings are based on data collected from the medical doctor and a school principal, both currently working in PNG. The purpose of the article is not to present sophisticated research results but to offer a glimpse of IT culture in PNG. It starts with a brief overview of IT in developing countries and then focuses on PNG.

This study examines the association between governance quality at country level and stock market performance. Specifically, the study investigates the influence of control of corruption, government effectiveness, political stability and absence of violence, rule of law, regulatory quality, and voice and accountability on all-share index of the stock markets of the six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. This study is anchored on two theories – the Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH) and Institutional Theory. The study employs panel data spanning from 2006 to 2017. The findings show that political stability and absence of violence and rule of law exhibit a significant positive impact on stock market performance, while regulatory quality and voice and accountability have a significant, but negative relationship with stock market performance. The results imply that quality of governance in terms of rule of law and political stability devoid of violence have strong impact on stock market returns. Similarly, improved stock market returns are largely dependent on the efficiency of the institutional environment of market as investors are always wary of the inherent risks associated with the uncertainty of the market. This study has crucial policy implications for the government of the GCC countries and stock market participants.
