        With the evolving nature of modern warfare and the rapid advancement of technology, Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) has emerged as a core element of future air power. This study systematically identifies evaluation measures for assessing the mission effectiveness of MUM-T in the context of Air Force operations. To this end, a survey of experienced fighter pilots was conducted to derive mission scenarios suitable for MUM-T, and statistical analysis led to the selection of five scenarios. Subsequently, comprehensive evaluation measures for each selected scenario were derived through literature review and expert interviews, and their validity and expert consensus were verified using the Delphi method. Finally, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to calculate the relative importance of the evaluation measures (secondary measures only) for each scenario, and a formula-based model was proposed. The findings of this study provide a quantitative evaluation framework for verifying MUM-T mission effectiveness using Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools, and are expected to serve as a foundational basis for weapon system acquisition and the development of operational concepts.

        This study presents an optimization model for battery scheduling in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) operations considering congested (peak-hour) flight periods. Peak-hour demand concentration causes bottlenecks in vertiport charging/swapping facilities and accelerates battery degradation, reducing operational efficiency. A Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) model is developed, incorporating battery states (SoC, SoH), charger and swap-bay constraints, and power peak limits. Simulation results under peak and off-peak scenarios show that the proposed model reduces both delay time and total operating cost compared to average-demand scheduling. This study provides a quantitative decision-making basis for enhancing resource efficiency in AAM operations. The findings offer practical implications for improving AAM infrastructure efficiency and resource management policies.

        This study collected video data on live fish unloading operations on coastal fishing vessels using video observation. The work was analyzed using a hierarchical analysis method, leading to the following conclusions. The overall objective, live fish unloading, was found to consist of four secondary objectives. The number of tasks, time, and personnel required per container water tank for live fish (CWTLF) were 147, approximately seven minutes, and 1.12 people, respectively. In particular, the task of transporting catches from fishing holds to CWTLF was estimated to pose the greatest risk of safety accidents and musculoskeletal hazards due to the repetitive movement of heavy loads. In the case of improvement to the live fish tank proposed in this study, it was estimated that the required number and time of tasks per 1 CWTLF would be reduced by 130 seconds and 88.4%, and 361 seconds and 77.8%, respectively. In the future, this study is expected to serve as basic data for improving the fishing environment necessary to decrease the workload of coastal fishing vessel crews, decrease safety accidents and factors harmful to the musculoskeletal system, and ultimately improve the labor-intensive fishing system of Korea's coastal fishing vessels.

        본 연구는 수도권의 대표적 국책항만인 평택·당진항에서 다수의 자동차 운반선이 제한된 수역 내에서 동시 작업을 수행할 때 발생할 수 있는 위험성을 평가하고자 하였다. 서해안의 큰 조석차, 강한 조류 잦은 해무 등 열악한 자연환경에서 대형 자동차 운반선(평 균 5~6만 톤급)의 입출항이 증가함에 따라 항만 안전성 확보가 중요한 과제로 부상하고 있다. 위험성 평가는 한국산업안전보건공단의 「정성적 보우타이(Bow-Tie) 리스크 평가 기법」을 적용하여 평택항 도선사 22명의 전문가 집단을 대상으로 수행되었다. 평가 결과, 5척 이상의 자동차 운반선이 동시 접·이안 작업을 수행할 경우 위험도(R값)가 18 이상으로 나타나 허용 불가(Unacceptable) 수준으로 분석되었 으며, 반면 4척 이하의 동시 작업은 도선사 간 협의와 VTS 통제 하에서 ALARP(합리적으로 실행 가능한 낮은 수준) 범위 내에서 가능함이 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 평택항의 항만 특성과 자동차 운반선의 조종 특성을 반영하여 구체적 도선 제한 기준과 안전 대책을 제시 하였으며, 향후 정성적 위험 인식에 의존하던 항만 운영체계의 정량적 위험관리 기반 구축에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        본 연구의 목적은 인질 구출작전의 성공사례(엔테베, 모가디슈, 이란대 사관)를 영향‧성공 요인을 중심으로 통합적 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법으 로는 다중 사례연구를 채택하여 사례 선정, 분석틀 설정, 문헌분석 및 이 론 적용‧평가를 진행했다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 억류 장소는 정보수집 경로 및 작전 전술의 선택에서 제약‧기회 요인으로 동시에 작용했다. 둘째, 인 질 구성은 정치적 명분, 작전의 위험감수 수준, 전술적 우선순위 등의 결 정에 중대한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 테러리스트의 구성‧동기‧규율은 그들 의 행동을 예상하는데 주요 요인으로, 정보수집을 바탕으로 맞춤형 구출 작전 계획과 동시다발적 기습 및 기만책을 활용해야 한다. 넷째, 현장 변 동성으로 인한 위험은 반복훈련 통해 신속하고 동시다발적 제압을 통해 통제해야 한다. 연구 결과에 따른 시사점은, ‘억류장소-인질-테러리스트 영향요인’을 반영한 다층적 정보 획득, 반복훈련을 통한 요원의 기량, 맞 춤형 기습‧기만, 신속한 작전이라는 성공요인이 유기적으로 결합할 때 인 질구출의 성공 가능성이 극대화된다는 것이다.

        This study investigates the effects of canopy fabric material and vent diameter on the deployment performance of sea anchors for fishing operations through field experiments. Three canopy configurations were tested: polyamide (PA), polyester (PES), and a PA – PES alternating combination. Vent diameters of 80 cm and 40 cm were applied to each fabric as controlled structural factors. Deployment performance was evaluated from entrance diameter computed using four evenly spaced water level loggers, and maximum towing tension was recorded with a load cell. Key findings were discovered as follows: PES and the PA – PES mix achieved deployment diameter/ratio and maximum tension comparable to the current PA standard, indicating practical substitutability. PES also exhibited superior stability, showing reduced variability even with the smaller vent (a change in standard deviation ΔSD-1.75 cm). The mixed canopy maintained performance similar to PA. As expected, vent diameter systematically affected geometry and load (80 cm: 187 – 198 kgf vs. 40 cm: 249 – 268 kgf), underscoring the need to pair material selection with appropriate vent sizing. In conclusion, PES and mixed fabrics are viable alternatives to PA, and co-optimization of fabric choice and vent diameter can enhance sea-anchor performance, durability, and operational reliability for fishing operations.

        The development of Jinhae New Port is expected to have positive effects on the local economy and foster the regional port logistics industry. However, since most of the port-related industry companies are located in the old downtown areas of Busan, such as Yeongdo and Jungang-dong, the main focus of the port will still remain in the old downtown of Busan even after the opening of Jinhae New Port. This study conducted basic research to maximize the benefits of the Jinhae New Port opening by exploring ways to establish Gyeongnam and Changwon as port logistics hubs. The specific research objectives included identifying target port-related industries and companies for attraction, as well as presenting the justification and rationale for establishing Gyeongnam and Changwon as port logistics hubs. The results indicated that the supply industry, ship management industry, ship repair industry, and shipbuilding equipment industry are sectors that Gyeongnam and Changwon should focus on attracting. The necessity of establishing Gyeongnam and Changwon as port logistics hubs is presented based on: 1) local tax revenue from the operation of Busan New Port, and 2) regional balanced development and the construction of a megacity. Specific implementation measures suggested include: 1) renaming the port, 2) attracting port-related industries, 3) seizing key agendas for port advancement, 4) establishing a smart port task force for the coexistence of ports, universities, and cities, and 5) enhancing the attractiveness of port cities to prevent population outflow.

        This study develops a comprehensive road operation evaluation model that integrates the perspectives of three principal stakeholders: road users prioritizing congestion mitigation, operators emphasizing investment efficiency, and policymakers advocating broader societal goals such as carbon reduction. The analysis database was constructed using traffic data obtained from reliable sources, including the Korea Transport Institute's Big Data Center and Suwon City's Urban Safety Integration Center. Binary logistic regression was employed to identify the factors influencing traffic congestion from the users’ perspective, whereas multiple linear regression models were used to analyze road investment efficiency from the operators’ viewpoint and carbon dioxide emissions from the policymakers’ standpoint. Statistical analyses were conducted on 4,322 road segments in Suwon City, with each evaluation criterion assigned an equal weight of 33.3 points in a unified 100-point scoring system. The analysis identified 15 statistically significant indicators affecting the three evaluation criteria, with the resulting models demonstrating strong explanatory power, evidenced by adjusted R² values of 0.197, 0.593, and 0.544 for traffic congestion, road investment efficiency, and carbon dioxide emission models, respectively. A volume-to-capacity (V/C) ratio of 0.64 was determined to represent the optimal balance point at which the requirements of all stakeholder groups align. When applied to Suwon City's arterial road network, the model identified 248 high-congestion segments (53.13 km), 203 segments with low investment efficiency (26.8 km), and 357 segments with high carbon emissions (156.33 km), each requiring targeted operational improvements. The proposed model addresses the limitations of existing single-stakeholder evaluation frameworks by offering transportation authorities a systematic and multi-dimensional approach to road operation assessment.

        본 연구는 S대학교 5개 학과의 교수들이 좋은 수업을 위한 목표로 교 수연구회를 구성하고, 포커스그룹 인터뷰(FGI)를 통해서 수업운영 공유와 활용 방안을 모색하였다. 인터뷰는 각 학과 교수법과 강의평가 내용을 분석하여, 효과적인 수업운영 활용 방안을 도출하였다. 수업운영 공유 결 과, 학생을 향한 교수의 배려가 오히려 부담일 수 있고, 동일한 수업에 대한 상반된 학생들의 평가가 있었다. 또한 교수들은 다각적인 평가방법 의 필요성을 인식하며 활용하기로 하였다. 이런 점을 반영하여 교수자의 유연한 사고가 요구되었고 학생 중심 교수법으로 학생의 마음을 움직이 는 조력자로서 역할을 하기로 하였다. 본 연구는 S대학교 5개 학과의 교 수들을 대상으로 하여 연구결과의 일반화에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 학과 간 협업을 활성화하여 통합적인 교수법 개발과 대학 간 교류를 통해서 교수연구회 모델 개발을 제안한다.
