한국 진해만에서 분리한 마비성패독 원인종의 하나인 Alexandrium catenella (AlCt-01) 최적 성장특성을 규명하기 위해 온도, 염분, 광도의 다양한 조건에서 A. catenella 성장을 조사하였다. 50~150μE m-2s-1까지는 광도가 증가함에 따라 A. catenella 성장도 증가하였으나 50~150μE m-2s-1 이상의 광도에서는 A. catenella 성장이 일정하
