본 연구는 자연산책로 이용자에게 많은 교육적 경험을 제공하며 만족도를 향상시키고 효율적으로 유지 관리하기 위해 필요한 데이터 수집을 목적으로 진행되었다.이용자들은 자연산책로의 조성 목적인 자연관찰, 학습과는 다른 등산이나 산책을 목적으로 이용하고 있었으며 원적계곡구간과 벽련암 구간은 울창한 수림과 자연경관 감상으로 매력도가 높게 나타났으며 또한 다른 구간에 비하여 상대적으로급한 경사도로 이용이 힘든 구간으로도 분석되었다.관찰대상, 생태해설판, 자연관찰로 특성을 독립변수로 하는 다중회귀분석법을 실시하여 방문객의 만족도에 영향을 미치는가장 효과적인 요인을 파악한 결과 생태해설판이 영향력 높은 요인으로 파악되어 방문객의 종합만족도를 강화하기 위해서는생태해설판을 우선적으로 개선할 필요가 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to collect essential data which could be used to give nature trail users more instructive experiences, maintain more efficiency, and to enhance user's satisfaction. A high number of respondents were observed to understand the purpose of the nature trail as a ‘climbing pathway or for hiking’, rather than for ‘nature observation or studying’, which is necessary for the public to be educated about, as it is a primary objective, along with how to use the nature trails properly. While there are a number of attractions during the visitor's time on the trail, the subsection boundaried between ‘Wonjeok valley’ and ‘Byeongnyeonam’ has been described as the most attractive because of the thick forest and rock landscape. But, the subsection also has been analyzed as the most difficult to use among the three subsections due to the relatively steep slope. In order to draw visitor's satisfaction, the method of multi-regression analysis was used, with the three factors as independent variables, and comprehensive satisfaction as a subordinate variable. ‘Ecology interpretation boards’ were proved to be the most effective factor to in visitor's satisfaction, followed by ‘the characteristics of the nature trails’, ‘the observation objects’. Therefore, in order to enhance the visitor's comprehensive satisfaction, ‘ecology interpretation boards’ should be improved.
