최근 법적으로도 조경 ․ 녹지 공간의 확보비율이 늘어나고 환경에 대한 관심이 높아져 공해와 안정성 문제를 해결하고 서비스 공간의 확보 차원에서 지상의 주차장들이 지하주차장으로 배치되기 시작했으며 점점 지하주차장의 의무비율이대되고 있다. 지하주차장의 면적이 증가하고 주차공간을 이용하는 사람들도 늘어나면서 지하주차장 환경 정비에 관심이 모아지고 있는 실정이다.본 연구는 환경색채를 중심으로 실제 아파트단지의 현장조사를 통해 현재 지하주차장에 나타난 색채 분석을 통하여최근 지하주차장 색채 경향을 파악하고 앞으로의 지하주차장 색채의 향방을 예측하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상지로는수도권에 위치하며 2007년부터 2011년까지 건축된 지하 주차장 10개소를 선정하였다. 연구방법으로는 아파트 지하주차장의개념과 특성 그리고 색채에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하고 아파트 지하주차장 사진을 픽셀화 시켜 RGB값을 추출하고 IRI이미지스케일을 사용하여 지하주차장의 색채를 분석하였다. 지하주차장의 색채 현황을 분석한 결과, 고명도와 저채도의색채를 바닥면에 사용하여 차분하고 은은한 느낌을 주었고 바닥면보다는 높은 채도의 색채를 벽면에 사용하여 명시성을높였으며 고채도의 순색으로 벽에 포인트를 주어 명확한 구역표기와 운전자의 시선을 유도하도록 계획되었다. 전체적으로주차장의 색채를 보면, 과거의 어둡고 퇴폐적인 이미지에서 벗어나 G계열, Y계열, RP계열의 색채로 계획되어져 밝고쾌적한 분위기로 연출해 안전한 아파트의 또 하나의 서비스 공간으로 정비되고 있다.
Recently the in crease ratio of Green space and landscaping required by law, as well as the and attracted increased interest in the environment have resulted in the increase of mandatory use of underground parking lots to prevent air pollution and other safety related issues. With the increasing use of basement parking lot and users these days, people are becoming concerned about the environmental arrangement of parking spaces. In this research, we surveyed a sample of apartments aiming to capture the tendency of the recent application of colors in underground parking lots and to predict the future direction of it. Ten underground parking lots, which were built from 2007 to 2011 in a metropolitan area were selected as objects of this study. Methodogically, first, we defined the concept and features of an underground parking lot of an apartment from a theoretical view, and second, We changed the pictures of the parking lots into pixels, extracted RGB values, and analysed the colors on IRI image scales. The color analysis of the basement garage reveals that using high brightness and low chroma colors at the bottom surface has provided a calm and delicate feeling, and the use of a higher chroma colors at the wall surface than the bottom surface led to an increased clarity of the vision. Additionally, high chroma and pure colors at the wall surface provided for a clear section display to elicit the attention of the driver. Overall, the colors of the basement garage moved away from the dark and decadent image of the past to a brighter and a more pleasant atmosphere with the use of G-Series, Y-Series, and RP-series colors, to be maintained as an additional service space for a safe apartment.
