이 연구의 목적은 현재 대학들이 입학생들을 대상으로 진행하고 있는 교육 프로그램을 검토해보며, 입학생들에 대한 기존의 대학지원체제에 대해 살펴보는 것이다. 이를통해 입학사정관제로 입학한 학생들의 대학 적응의 어려움을 예측해 보며 이들이 희망하는 교육 프로그램의 종류를 살펴봄으로써 성공적인 대학생활 적응과 학업능력 신장을 전문적으로 조력해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 2010년 7월에서 10월 동안 부산·경남소재의 입학사정관제로 입학한 대학생 1학년을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 회수된설문지는 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 교육만족도를 구성하는 하위요인과의 상관관계를 분석하기 위하여 Pearson 적률상관계수를산출하고 변인간의 영향을 고려하기 위해서 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 구체적인 10가지의 학교적응프로그램의 모델에 대한 요구조사를 실행한 바 시대사회적인 요소가 학생들의 요구에 많은 작용을 하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 대학은경쟁력 있는 사회인을 양성하는 교육기관이니만큼 기업과 사회가 원하는 인재상에 대한 계속적인 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구결과를 공유하고 개선하여 효율적인 학교적응프로그램을 개발하고 운영하여 대학이 고등교육기관으로써의 역할을 성공적으로 수행해나갈 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

Since 2007, the admissions officer system at the university entrance exam has become influential. 2011 from the University is to enable this institution more. The stability of this system in order to settle, the education system should be improved. Away from the narrow perspective, school should consider the consistency of results, courses and the start of school education. In this study, based on previous studies to examine an educational program, looking for new students of th University of existing support systems, and discussed. Through this end, a survey of students' satisfaction and needs came analyzed. As a result, according to the subject such as gender and major series, measures of satisfaction need improvement. Sharing the results of this study and to improve, the efficient development and operation of school programs should be adapted. Thus, the role of universities as institutions of higher success will be try to carry out.
