본 연구는 유아에게 위인동화를 CCU모델에 맞춘 코칭질문이 대인문제해결능력 향상에 효과가 있는지 점증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구문제는 첫째, 위인동화를 활용한 코칭프로그램을 개발하는 것이고 둘째, 이 코칭프로그램이 유아의 대인문제해결능력에 효과적인지를 알아보는 실험연구이다. 연구대상은 유아 20명이며 실험단계는 단일 집단 사전-사후 실험설계방법으로 7주 동안 주 1회 50분으로 실시하였다. 대인문제해결능력 측정도구는 Spivk (1976)이 제작한 ICPS test를 토대로 박찬옥이 제작한 「대인문제해결능력사고검사」를 수정하여 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 12.0 통계 프로그램으로 t-test 사전-사후 측정결과를 비교분석하였다. 프로그램 구성을 위해 문헌고찰을 하고 위인 중에 대인문제해결능력이 뛰어난 위인동화를 CCU모델에 맞게 개작하였다. 구성요소인 대안적 해결사고, 결과예측적 사고, 원인적 사고, 수단 -목적적 사고를 또래․부모․교사의 관계를 통해 대인문제해결능력의 효과성을 연구하였는데 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 따라서 유아들이 대인문제해결능력에 있어 코칭질문이 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었고 본 논문은 유아코칭에서의 대인문제해결능력 향상을 위한 위인동화 활용이 가능하고 추후 관련 프로그램 개발을 위한 기반을 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to verify whether the CCU-based coaching program using thengreat man story takes effect on the children to have the improved interpersonal problemnsolving ability. The results are examined as follows: This study was performed to verify theneffects of the program that was designed to grow the interpersonal problem solving abilitynof the children, by telling them the great man stories and using the coaching questions. Thisnprogram was designed to educate them to have improved interpersonal problem solvingnability, from this period in which the personality is basically formed.nTo build the program, the concrete activities were considered through the elements of theninterpersonal problem solving ability.Through the review on the related literatures, thenproperties of the interpersonal problem solving ability, great men story and CCU model arenarranged, while the 4 intensifying elements were found as the alternative solving thinking,nresult-prediction thinking, cause-thinking and means-purpose thinking, respectively.nAccordingly, in the result of giving the questions concerning the great men with excellentninterpersonal ability according to the coaching model, there were effects found in increasingnthe interpersonal problem solving ability in the children’s interaction with others.nThis study is meaningful in providing the basis for the later development of the relatednprograms, by proving that the children can effectively solve the problems and conflicts causednby the interpersonal relationship.
