Membrane Distillation of the Aqueous Glucose Solution
공칭크기 0.2μm인 소수성 PTFE 정밀여과막을 이용하여 glucose 수용액을 막증류하였다. Glucose 수용액 온도를 40℃에서 70℃로 상승시킬 경우 막 투과 유속은 3.6 LMH에서 11.2 LMH로 3배가량 증가하였으나 glucose 배제율은 99%에서 65%까지 감소하였다. 또한 glucose 수용액 농도를 2wt%에서 4wt%로 증가시키면 투과유속과 배제율은 각각 약 25% 및 6% 감소하였다.
The aqueous glucose solution was separated by the membrane distillation with hydrophobic pojytetrafluoroethylcnc microfiltration membrane, The nominal pore size of the membrane was 0.2μm. As the operating temperature increased from 40℃ to 70℃, the membrane permeation flux increased from 3.6 LMH to IL2 LlVIH, but the glucose rejection decreased 99% to 65% Also, the permeation nux and rejection decreased 25% and 6%, respectively, as the concentration of glucose solution increased 2 wt% to 4 wt%.
