The present note describes that polymophLc isoelectrophoretic variation in leaves of theCodonopsis ianceolate Benth. et Hook. fil . 4 enzymes within variety of the zone in Korea and Japan .1. Detected in common bands were NDH-2, Alp-4, -5, -7, -10 aild Lap-22 Detected only NDH-1, -3, Est-14, Alp-8 and -9 were area in Korea3 . Detected only Est-3, -4, -8, -9, -11, -12, -16 and Alp-3 were zone in4.Japan . The results 2 and 3 makes are clearly application to geoTraphicalcharacterlizations
