풀버섯 수집균주의 재배적 특성 KCI 등재

This study was carried out to obtain growth characteristics for an artificial cultivation of Volvariella volvacea in Korea. Local breed of China, a new commercial variety in Korea of Volvariella volvacea what is fit for high temperature and box culture was bred in Mushroom Research Station Gyeonggido Agricultural Research & Extension Service in 2008. The major characteristics of the paddy mushroom were showed the black-colored button over 30℃. The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth and for the development of fruitbody were around 29~38℃, respectively. Incubation period was required around 11 days with box culture. The yield produced about 291.7g/box, and the number of fruitbody was harvested around 42ea/box.
