목차
This study was carried out to obtain morphological and physiological characteristics for an artificial cultivation of ear mushroom. Eighteen strains were cultivated with bag culture and classified into mainly five group such as brown, black, white, fur and others group.  GMAA43007 was the highest yield with 98g/kg․bag. GMAA43009, 43016, 43025 and 44035 were above 60g/kg․bag of yield. Twelve strains were investigated its optimal mycelial growth conditions. GPYM medium was selected for the favorable culture medium.  The optimal temperature and pH for the mycelial growth of ear mushroom were 30~35℃ and pH 4 respectively. The carbon and nitrogen sources for the optimum mycelial growth were fructose and peptone, respectively. Highest mycelial growth was observed when the C/N ratio was 10~20.
