본 논문은 신용보증기금에서 수행하는 경영컨설팅이 고객만족과 고객이 컨설팅에 대한 지속적 이용의도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 경영컨설팅의 4가지 평가요인들을 추출하고 그들 사이의 인과관계에 대하여 분석을 진행하였다.
This paper aims at studying the effects of management consulting by the KCGF on recommended
intention, continuous using intention and customers' satisfaction. And chose four evaluation factors of management consulting to analyzed for the relationship between them.
