ResearchDesign,Data,andMethodologyQuestionnaires–weredistributedto380productionlinecompanyemployees.Thereliabilityandvalidityofthequestionnaireswereexaminedthroughindependencetestingandtheaverageratiocomparisonofthetwopopulations.Additionally,usingPearson'schi-squareformula,therelationshipbetweenthebloodgroup(independentvariable)andgeneralgroupparticipation(dependentvariable)wastestedalongwiththeSchuprowcoefficient.
ResultTheprioritizationofbloodgroupsoverthegeneral–groupparticipationwasidentifiedandthefollowingresultswereobtained:Individualgroupparticipationisaffectedbypersonalityfeaturesderivedfromtemperament,mood,andothercharacteristics.
ConclusionThestudyshowedthatindividualbloodgroups–haveaneffectontheirgroupcooperation,andamongbloodgroups,bloodgroupAhadthegreatesttendencytogrouppar-ticipation,followedbybloodgroupsO,AB,B,respectively.
