Existing studies on the measurement of organizational justice perception mainly focus on distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. The leadership style, leader-member exchange, management responsibility and trust, and organizational structure are predictive for the organizational justice perception. This paper will focus on the comparison between and summary of classic scales of relevant scholars and aim to overall systemize and summarize the demonstration and theoretical research of organization justice perception from the two perspectives of managers and organizational structure to put forward the best measurement method and the main indicator system of influencing factors.
