This study was conducted to suggest efficient management measures for the trails of urban parks. For this purpose, Importance- Performance Analysis was applied to analyze the expectations and satisfaction of users of trails in Gwanggyo Lake Park. As a result of analysis, it was found that the average level of importance was 4.2 and satisfaction was 3.54. Overall, the importance of evaluation items was higher than the satisfaction. The factors that need intensive management were the convenience of moving with a wheelchair or a stroller, the amount of shades and vegetation, nearby amenities, pedestrian safety facilities, and separation of walking trails and bicycle trails. It was found that management strategies and improvement are necessary to improve the safety facilities of trails and convenience of users. It is hoped that the findings of this study can suggest efficient management and operation measures and improve the satisfaction of users.
