목 적: 본 연구는 미래에 안경사가 될 안경광학과 재학생을 대상으로 안경원 종사자 복지에 대한 요구도 를 설문하고 분석하였으며, 이 자료가 안경사 복지 개선에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 방 법: 본 연구는 안경광학과에 재학중인 학생 309명을 대상으로 설문에 응답한 전체의 일반적 특성과 취업 희망분야를 분석하였고, 취업 희망분야 중 가장 많은 비율을 보인 안경원에 취업을 희망하는 재학생 148명(47.90%)을 대상으로 안경원 취업을 희망하는 이유, 1일 근무 희망시간, 희망 휴무 요일과 수, 월 희망 급여에 대한 내용을 조사하고 분석하였다. 결 과: 취업 희망분야에서 안경원 148명(47.90%), 안과 68명(22.01%), 안경관련회사 52명(16.83%), 진 학 등 기타는 41명(13.27%)였다. 안경원 취업은 경제적 안정 50.00%, 발전가능성 25.00%, 적성 23.65%, 사회적 인정 1.35% 이유로 희망 하였으며, 1일 근무 희망 시간은 평균 8.91±1.337시간, 월 휴무일 희망 수는 평균 6.27±2.475일, 휴무 희 망 요일 수는 일요일 평균 2.79±1.618일, 토요일 평균 2.12±1.618일, 주중 평균 1.42±1.508일이었고, 월 급여는 평균 166.70±46.164만원을 희망하는 것으로 나타났다. 결 론: 안경사 복지 개선은 안경사 개인 삶의 질과 직업의식의 향상을 일으키고 이는 안경사의 적극적이 고 긍정적인 근무태도로 이어져 고객 신뢰와 매출 증대에 긍정적 영향을 주어 안경원 경영에도 도움이 될 것 으로 사료된다.

Purpose:The study were analyzed questionnaires about the wishing to welfare employment optometrist and collect the subjects of students ophthalmic optics. I hope this material will help to improve the welfare optometrist. method:The study analyzed the general characteristics and wishing to employment field 309 people of students ophthalmic optics, who wishing to working in the 148(47.90%), the reason for wishing to working in optical store, wishing to working hours per day, wishing to closing day per week, wishing to monthly salary according to subject’s general characteristics. Result: In the employment field optical store 148(47.90%), ophthalmic clinic 68(22.01%), company 52(16.83%), others 42(13.27%) wishing to employment field according to subject’s general characteristics. Preliminary optometrist were analyzed reason for wishing to working in optical store 50.00% economic stability, 25.00% development potential, 23.65% aptitude, 1.35% social recognition, wishing to working hours per day mean 8.91±1.337 hours, number of holidays per month mean 6.27±2.475 days, sunday mean 2.79±1.618 days, saturday mean 2.12±1.618 days, weekdays mean 1.42±1.508 days, wishing to monthly salary mean 166.70±46.164 ten thousand won. Conclusion: Optometrist welfare improving it would be optometrist causing an improvement in quality of life and personal professionalism which led to an active and positive working attitude of opticians given the positive impact on customer loyalty and increase sales will help to optical store management.
