본 연구는 아동학대예방을 위하여 부모를 대상으로 코칭을 활용하여 인성코칭 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 부모가 가정에서 적용 가능한 부모인성코치 양성을 위한 코 칭프로그램을 개발함으로서 자녀의 존엄성과 권리를 보장하고 긍정적인 부모-자녀관계를 형 성하여 아동학대를 예방할 수 있도록 하는데 연구의 의의가 있다. 이에 국내외 부모인성교육 에 관한 자료들을 수집하고, 이를 토대로 부모인성함양에 코칭을 적용한 전문적인 아동학대예 방 부모인성코치 양성 프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다.
본 코칭프로그램은 총 10회기, 20시간으로 구성되며, C-PLUS코칭원리를 바탕으로 ACTIVE코칭 대화모델과 코칭기술 및 아동학대 예방교육자료를 바탕으로 개발하였다. 구체 적인 프로그램은 부모인성코치의 기초(아동학대와 부모인성코칭의 이해, 부모로서의 나 이해 하기), 부모인성코칭을 위한 이론과 발달(발달단계와 부모이론, 부모인성코칭의 영역), 부모인 성코칭의 기술(코칭과 대화모델, 역량강화기술), 부모인성코치의 전문성(부모인성코칭의 상호 작용), 부모인성코치의 다짐(부모인성코치의 비전)으로 구성하였다. 향후에는 각 학대유형별 로 적용가능한 코칭프로그램을 개발하고. 타당성을 검증하여 부모인성 함양을 위한 학대예방 교육자료로 활용되는 것이 필요하다.

The study aims to develop personality coaching program to be utilized by the parents for preventing child maltreatment. Further, the purpose of the research centers around building a practical coaching program for parents to be able to use at the home in order to promote parents-children relationship and to protect children’s dignity and rights. Collecting national and international resources on the parent personality education was done to apply the concepts into developing parent personality coaching training program.
The developed program is comprised of 12 sessions which add up to be total 20 hours. The sessions are based on the c-plus coaching theory and active-coaching conversation model. Details of the program include the following: Fundamentals of parent coaching (understanding self as a parent, understanding the concepts of parent personality coaching and child abuse), theory and development for parent personality coaching (development phase, parenting theory, and parenting coaching concepts), techniques of parent coaching (coaching and conversation model, capability strengthening training), nature of parent personality coaching (interactions of parent personality coaching), resolution of the parent personality coaching (resolution and pledge).
