개혁개방 이후에 특히 중국 WTO 가입한 후에 강소성의 해외직접투자는 급속히 성장해 왔으나 장기 적인 투자 계획성 부족, 해외경영 경험 부족, 전문 인력 부족, 정보력 부족, 정부의 지원체계 미비 등 문제점도 나타났다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 강소성 해외직접투자 활성화 방안으로는 기업차원에서의 경쟁력 확보, 체계적인 전략의 수립, 투자방식의 다양화과 정부차원에서의 금융지원, 투자 정보제공, 전문 인력 양성, 중개역화 강화 등 지원정책확대가 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 주 제

As developed region in China, Jiangsu's OFDI has achieved rapid development in recent years and become a new bright spot of regional economy, but Jiangsu's OFDI also exist many problems, such as the Crowding out of the trade advantage of foreign investment, lacking of enterprise internationalization operation experience, insufficient understanding of overseas risk, foreign investment spontaneity which caused the disorder in overall layout, the imperfection of government policy, etc., To promote Jiangsu's OFDI, we must update the concept of opening, strengthen the planning and guidance of foreign investment, increase finance, insurance, talents, information support in foreign investment enterprises.
