본 연구는 원장의 코칭리더십이 보육교사의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 보육의 질 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 A시, P시, S시의 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 332명의 설문지를 t검정(t-test)과 분산분석(One-Way ANOVA), 피어슨의 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 그 결과, 보육교사는 연령, 결혼여 부에 따라 심리적 안녕감에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 긍정적인 대인관계는 가 정어린이집의 보육교사들이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 보육교사들은 원장의 코칭리더십에 대해 보통 이상으로 인식하고 있었으며 보육교사가 인식한 원장의 코칭리더십과 보육교사의 심리적 안녕감 간에는 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타나 원장의 코칭리더십이 높을수록 보육 교사의 심리적 안녕감이 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 보육교사가 인식한 원장의 코칭리더십이 보 육교사의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향으로는 코칭리더십의 관계, 개발 요인이 심리적 안녕감 에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 수행평가 요인은 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다.
This study was conducted to examine the effects of a child care facility director‘s coaching leadership on the psychological well-being of childcare teachers to improve the overall quality of childcare. Surveys were collected voluntarily from 332 childcare teachers working in cities A, P, and S. The collected data was analyzed by conducting t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis
When it comes to a teacher's psychological well-being, there were statistically significant differences according to the marriage status and age of the childcare teachers, and home-based nursery teachers displayed the highest positive interpersonal relationships. Childcare teachers perceived a director's coaching leadership significantly. There was a positive correlation between the perceived coaching leadership of childcare facility directors and the psychological well-being of the childcare teachers. It turned out that the relationship of coaching leadership and development factor had a positive impact on the psychological well-being of childcare teachers, while performance evaluation factor had a negative impact.
