본 연구는 대학병원 방사선사의 복지만족도에 관한 연구로 병원내복지의 만족요인과 개선해야할 사항들 을 분석하기 위해 실시하였다. 2014년 7월14일부터 8월14일까지 경남에 소재한 대학병원방사선사를 대상 으로 설문지를 배부하여 회수된 121명의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 병원복지지원요인별 복지만족수준을 살 펴보면 생활복지지원(2.83±0.43), 금융지원(4.25±0.65), 주택지원(2.28±0.46), 교육지원(2.58±0.50), 건강의료지원(3.02±0.56), 문화 및 여가지원(2.79±0.45), 기타복지지원(2.70±0.48)으로 병원복지지원 요인에 대한 만족수준은 평균정도의 수준으로 분석되었다. 병원복지에 대한 욕구조사나 일반기업이 제공 하고 있는 복지제도를 벤치마킹하여 효과적인 병원복지를 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 볼 수 있다.

This research is a study on the welfare satisfaction of radiological technologists in university hospital, and was conducted in order to analysis of welfare factors and improvements. The survey was conducted on radiological technologist of a university hospital in Gyeongnam from July 14th 2014 to August 14th 2014, and we analyzed 121 of the questionnaire, which was retrieved by distributing. As a result, we looked at the welfare level of satisfaction by welfare hospital factors, each of the satisfaction scores were living welfare supports(2.83±0.43), financial supports(4.25±0.65), housing supports(2.28±0.46), educational supports(2.58±0.50), health medical supports(3.02±0.56), culture and leisure supports(2.79±0.45), other welfare supports(2.70±0.48) points. The level of satisfaction with the hospital welfare support factors of average score level it was analyzed. It is important that is providing effective hospital welfare through survey for hospital welfare needs and benchmarking of welfare system of general corporate.
