This Study attempt to site analysis for tsunami shelter of haundae coastal zone. GIS is very useful tool as we search location characteristics. The Purpose of This Study, First, Analysis of the location for using the Tsunami Shelter location Standards Act of Korea. Second, As using this study to U.S. Oregon State and Japan's location Standards Act, seeking a New Tsunami Shelter Position and places, and performed to compare with korea. In Conclusion, All Issue of Tsunami shelter location on the basis of an analysis leads to the political implications.
