본 연구는 교정과 사회복지 ‘사이’에서 중독이 어떻게 실천될 수 있는가 라는 질문을 통해 교정복지의 새로운 실천의 문제를 제기하였다. 교정복지에서 지식과 실천, 가치들 을 실현하기 위해서는 교정과 사회복지 사이를 매개할 수 있는 그 어떤 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해 ‘새로운 재료와의 마주침’이 시도되었다. 중독에 관한 교정복지의 새로운 실천은 스피노자를 매개로 하여 시인과 철학자들 그리고 마약사범들과의 마주침 속에서 이루어졌다. 이는 범죄로서 중독의 문제가 교정과 사회복지 사이에서 전략적 공간의 가능 조건들로 위치할 수 있는지를 드러내는 일이다. 스피노자에 따르면, 마약사범이 중독이라는 문제에 예속될 수밖에 없는 변용의 질서와 연관에 따른 인간학적인 조건을 가지지만, 예속에서 벗어날 수 있는 생산적 힘을 발휘한다면 적합한 인식에 따른 내적인 규정 에 의해 더 많은 방식으로의 배치 능력들이 종합되어질 수 있다. 이에 따라 중독에 관한 교정복지의 새로운 실천의 층위는 역량을 감소시키는 것과의 분리와 역량을 증가시키는 것과의 결합이라는 복합적 구조 속에서 드러났다. 즉 마약사범에게 내재된 실존 역량인 코나투스를 토대로 신체적이고 정신적 능력을 향상시킴으로써만 예속과 자유의지와의 분리가 가능하고 동시에 자신을 존속하려는 노력 속에서 능동적 역량과의 결합이 가능해진다. 스피노자에게 분리와 결합이라는 윤리적인 이행은 매우 많은 수의 방식으로 배 치되면 될수록 이러한 능력이 더욱 커진다는 점에서 주목할 만하다. 따라서 중독에 관한 교정복지의 새로운 실천은 후속연구에서도 다양한 방식으로 수행되어져야 할 것이며 여 러 방향에서 연구의 결과가 생산되고 재생산되어져야 할 것이다.

This paper raises the issue of the new practice of Correctional Social Work of strategic space over the question in how addiction can be the 'between' correction and social work. Knowledge and practices in the field of Correctional Social Work, in order to realize the value correction is necessary and any that can mediate between social welfare. Normal drugs themselves physically and that its implementation is possible only by improving the mental ability coupled with separation. In other words, that the combination of competence and the separation of the enslaved and free will. Another encounter the problems behind for a new practice of Correctional Social Work is constantly stretched seems to be in future studies. Therefore, the study of new addiction is produced in different directions in different ways will be the reproduction..
