본고는 수사기관의 사이버순찰로 인한 사생활 침해를 예방하기 위한 방안을 검토한 글이다. 사 이버순찰은 아직 적극적으로 도입되어 운용되고 있지 않으나, 사이버공간을 매개로 한 범죄가 급 증하고 있는 현대사회에서 점차 그 필요성이 증대 되어 가고 있다. 실정법과 판례, 국내외의 선행연 구를 바탕으로 국민의 사생활을 침해하지 않는 한 도에서 자동화된 사이버순찰을 도입하여 운용하 기 위해 필요한 요건들을 제시하였다.

This article examines ways to prevent an invasion of privacy caused by cyber patrols of law enforcement agencies. Cyber patrols have not yet been actively introduced and operated, but the need for cyber patrols is increasing in modern society, where cyber space is increasing rapidly. Based on domestic laws, cases and the previous researches, this article suggests the requirements for introducing and operating automated cyber patrols without infringing the privacy of the individuals.
