초록
2007년 허베이 스피리트호 해양오염사고 이후 선박의 기름유출 시 응급봉쇄를 위한 마그네틱을 활용한 봉쇄기술이 5년간 개발되었으나 사고현장에서의 실용성이 정체된 원인을 분석하고 현재까지 개발된 봉쇄장치의 활용방안에 관한 제안을 통하여 응급봉쇄장치의 활용도와 실용화율을 높여, 방제기술의 과학화 추진의 필요성을 제안하고자 함.
