본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 사회참여활동이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향을 문화적응스트레 스를 매개변인으로 하여 알아보려는 목적으로 실시되었다. 서울특별시와 경기도 내에 거주 하는 364명의 결혼이주여성들을 대상으로 하여 2016년 12월 20일부터 2017년 1월 26일까지 38일 동안 구조화된 설문지를 배부하여 응답받아 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위한 통계적 자료 의 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 결혼이주여성의 사회참여활동, 문화적응스트레 스 및 결혼만족도를 측정하는 검사도구들의 내적타당도를 높이기 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 뒤 신뢰도 계수(Cronbach's ⍺)를 산출하여 내적 일관성을 분석하였고, 사회참여활동, 문화적응스트레스 및 결혼만족도 간의 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 Pearson의 적률상관관계분 석을 실시하였다. 또한 사회참여활동이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향에서 문화적응스트레스의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, Sobel Test로 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결혼이주여성의 사회참여활동이 결혼만족도에 유 의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회참여활동이 문화적응스트레스에 미치는 영향도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 사회참여활동과 문화적응스트레스를 동시에 투입하였을 때 사회참여활동과 문화 적응스트레스가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타나 사회참여활동이 결혼만 족도에 미치는 영향에서 문화적응스트레스가 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 사회참여활동과 문화적응스트레스의 탐색적인 분석을 통해 다문 화가정의 이혼을 줄이고 행복한 결혼만족도를 높일 수 있는 시사점을 제시하였다는 의의를 가진다
This study investigated effects of married migrant women's social activity participation with mediating variable of acculturative stress. The subject was 364 married migrant women at Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The respondents were given questionnaire to answer for 38 days from December 20, 2016 to January 26, 2017. SPSS 23.0 was used. Exploratory factor analysis was done to increase internal appropriateness, and Cronbach's ɑ was used to investigate internal consistency, and Pearson's correlation analysis was done to investigate relation between participation in the society, cultural adaptation stress and marital satisfaction. Three stage regression was used to investigate mediating effect of cultural adaptation stress at the effect of social activity participation upon marital satisfaction (Baron and Kenny(1986)), and Sobel test was conducted to verify significance of mediating effect. Married migrant women's social activity participation had significant influence upon marital satisfaction, and social activity participation has significant influence upon cultural adaptation stress. Not only social activity participation but also cultural adaptation stress was used at the same time to have significant influence upon marital satisfaction and to have partial mediating effect of cultural adaptation stress. This study conduct exploratory analysis upon married migrant women's social activity participation and cultural adaptation stress to give implications of less divorce of multi-cultural family and higher marital satisfaction.
