본 연구는 유아기 인성리더십에 대한 연구를 활성화하고 유아의 인성리더십 수준을 평가하고 지도하는데 도움을 제공할 수 있는 척도 개발에 앞서 척도를 구성하는 하위 차원과 차원별 구성요인별 특성을 추출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 문헌분석을 통하여 유아 인성리 더십은 순종리더십(신뢰, 인내, 약속, 겸손), 자기리더십(도전, 성실, 정직, 끈기), 섬김리더십(경청, 공감, 배려, 봉사), 변환리더십(책임, 협력, 절제, 감사)으로 4개의 리더십 차원별 16개의 인성구인으로 구성된 것을 확인하였다. 또한 유아 관찰, 교사와 어머니를 대상으로 개방형 설문 분석을 통해 추출된 유아 인성리더십 특성 243개를 정리하여 1차와 2차의 전문가 내용타당도를 통해 최종 115개의 인성리더십 특성을 추출하였다.
This study set out to identify the subdimensions of a personality leadership scale for young children and the characteristics of each subdimension by the component before activating research on personality leadership during early childhood and developing a scale that would help to assess early childhood personality leadership level and instruct young children for personality leadership. For this purpose, the investigators analyzed the literature to confirm that early childhood personality leadership had four leadership dimensions, which include followership (trust, patience, promise, and modesty), self leadership (challenge, sincerity, honesty, and persistence), servant leadership (listening, sympathy, consideration, and service), and transformational leadership (responsibility, cooperation, moderation, and appreciation), and 16 personality components. Total 243 characteristics of early childhood personality leadership were extracted based on the observation of young children and an open-ended questionnaire filled out by teachers and mothers. They were then sorted out to identify the final 115 characteristics of early childhood personality leadership through the primary and secondary content validity test by an expert group.
