The introduction of Mobile channel and subsequently-created various customer(individual, enterprise) needs to accelerate Mobile business. This study analyzed and extracted key process for introduction of Mobile channel, analyzing solutions in Mobile business firms and defining characteristics of Mobile channel which have influenced business process in enterprise. To-Be process of Mobile channel in distribution industry is suggested by defining the key business process and sub processes
