The establishment of the foundation for the engineering education is needed to guarantee the survival of the country and the industrial competitiveness. The most fundamental methods of their support is to bring in and manage the ABEEK and ISO 9001. This paper deals with what the educational administrative service with the good quality will be given for the students and the competitiveness against the other educational institutes abroad can be promoted in the process of the educational reformation as we might be qualified for these accreditation systems.
