출연기관은 국가 발전을 위한 연구개발을 수행하는 역할을 수행하고 있다. 최근 환경 등의 사회적 이슈가 확대되면서 출연연의 사회적 책임에 대한 인식도 강조되어가고 있다. 그 결과 출연연이 기본 연구개발의 가치 창출뿐만 아니라 사회적 공헌 또는 기여를 통하여 사회와 더불어 공존하면서 지속가능한 성장을 추구해야 할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문은 출연연 이해당사자 교육성과에 대하여 공유가치창출(CSV)의 지표들을 분석하고 도입 시 고려해야 할 정책방안들을 제안한다

Government-funded Research Institute (GRI) has played an important role for national Research and Development. Recently, due to the social issue such as environment problem, the importance of social responsibility as well as R & D role of GRI has been emphasized. Therefore, the GRI has to increasethe value of its basic R&D and also its social sustainability along with the society. In this paper, the Creating Shared Value (CSV) indicators were analyzed for the education performance forthe GRI’s stakeholders, and policy plans were suggested for introducing the CSV indicators.
