집은 가족 구성원 간의 관계성에 밀접한 영향을 받으며 사회제도적 변화에 따라 발전해왔다. 본 연구에서는 한국, 중국, 일본의 각 문화권 마다 다양한 유형을 보이는 아파트 평면도에 나타난 가족 관계에 따른 거실 및 주방 등 공용 공간 배치 방식, 공용 공간과 사적 공간인 침실 공간과의 연계방식 등을 분석하는 것이 목적이다.
일본의 경우 전체적으로 공간이 작고 규격화 되어있다. 이의 이유는 일본의 기후 특성상 지진에 유연하게 대비하기 위해 모든 공간이 기능적으로 나누어져 있다 이는 개인주의 문화로부터 전해져 온 것이다. 중국은 공용공간과 개인 공간이 명확하게 분리 되어있으며 특히 주방의 위치는 폐쇄적으로 식당과 분리 되어있다. 이는 중국의 음식 만드는 과정에 대한 화재예방을 고려한 이유도 있다. 한국은 공용공간을 중심으로 자녀들의 공간과 안방이 명확하게 분리되어있었으며 한국 부모의 침실의 경우 출입 할 때에 반드시 자녀방과 공동공간을 거쳐서 집입하게 되어있다. 이러한 분석은 가족간의 소통을 중요시 함을 알 수 있다. 현대시대에 아파트 평면은 가족간의 관계에 많은 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 이러한 현시점에서 가족간의 관계를 활성화 시키고 이에 따라 가족 공동체를 부활시키는 것은 중요한 일이다.

Definition of home is a place where one lives an environment affording security and happiness and a valued place considered a refuge or place of origin so it receives a close influence of relationships between the family members. Which they have been developed in response to changes in social statuses. In this study finds out composition of South Korea, China, and Japan apartment with several of space placement types in the shared space, such as a living room and kitchen. However the open space and close space are analyzing such coordination scheme with bedroom space. The result of analysis is summarized as follow.

In the case of Japan, is the overall space is small and standardized it is because of the climate characteristic of Japan, in order to respond flexibility to the earthquake so this climate issue can structurally developed or influenced into space, which is divided functionally and it has been handed down from individualistic culture. In China, public spaces and private spaces are clearly separated, in particular the position of the kitchen, which is separated from the closed and kitchen it is because of consideration of the fire prevention of the process of making Chinese food. South
Korea, when you enter the South Korean parent s bedroom, they have to be passing the public space which is the living room also children are clearly separated in the center of the public space.
This analysis can be known to be important communication between family members. In these days, modern apartment floor plane, give a lot of influence on the relationship between the families. In this study, the relationship between these at the moment of the family is activated, depending on this; to revive the family community is important.
