◉ 목적 : 본 연구는 감각통합치료를 자폐 스펙트럼 장애아동에게 적용하여 적응행동 중에서 눈 맞춤, 지시 순응 및 요구하기에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 대학병원 소아정신과에서 자폐 스펙트럼 장애 진단을 받은 만 3세 8개월의 아동을 대상으로 적응행동 중 눈 맞춤, 지시 순응, 요구하기의 증가에 대한 연구를 하였다.
◉ 연구방법 : 총 20회기, 주 3회, 40분, 1:1 감각통합치료를 통한 문제행동을 다중기초선 설계(multiple-based line)로 A-B설계를 사용하였으며 사건기록법으로 측정하고 분석하였다.
◉ 결과 : 대상아동은 감각통합치료를 통해서 눈 맞춤은 6회에서 39.43회로 33.43회 증가하였고, 지시 순응은 6.5회에서 20.84회로 14.34회 증가하였고, 요구하기는 1회에서 1.5회로 0.5회 증가하였다.
◉ 결론 : 본 연구는 감각통합치료가 자폐 스펙트럼 장애아동의 눈 맞춤, 지시 순응 및 요구하기에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

◉ Purpose : The study performed sensory integration therapy for Autistic spectrum disorder, it observed to effect on eye-contact, compliance and request behavior.
◉ Method : The subject of this study, the University Hospital in pediatric psychiatrist who was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders ages 3 and 8 months, studied the increase in adaptive behaviors, especially eye-contact, compliance and request behaviors. The first half of baseline of the study was recorded for adaptive behavior that subject appear at sensory integration therapy room and the latter half was recorded for adaptive behavior take over sensory integration therapy in occupational science laboratory. The study applied for A-B design by multple-based line subject.
◉ Result : The first, sensory integration therapy give them positive influent on eye-contact behavior. The second, sensory integration therapy give them positive influent on compliance behavior. The third, sensory integration therapy give them positive influent on request behavior.
◉ Conclusion : The sensory integration therapy have an positive effect increased of the adaptive behavior of Autistic spectrum disorder.
