This paper presents statistics that evaluate the results of a precision safety inspection and precision safety diagnosis over the past five years. The impact and degree of poor inspection and diagnosis were analyzed by dividing contract amount by rate, implementer, and managing body. The purpose of the analysis is to elicit problems and measures in the system.
