본 연구의 목적은 한국의 코칭프로그램 현황과 코칭프로그램에 관한 연구 경향을 분석하여 향후 코칭프로그램의 운영 및 개발, 연구를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로 코칭프로그램 현황에 대한 파악을 위하여 국내에서 공식적으로 시행되고 있는 인증 프로그램을 분석하였고, 코칭프로그램에 관한 연구경향분석은 2000년 1월부터 2018년 7월까지 연구된 논문을 대상으로 ‘코칭프로그램’을 키워드로 검색된 학술지를 그 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국코칭프로그램 현황을 살펴본바 국내에서 공식적으로 인증 받은 코칭프로그램은 총 106개이며, 60개의 코칭기관에서 1개의 인증코칭프로그램을 운영하는 곳이 65.0%로 대다수를 차지하고 있다. 코칭프로그램의 운영과정을 보면 54.2%의 코칭기관이 기본과정의 코칭프로그램을 운영하고 있으며, 심화과정은 23.3%, 역량과정은 22.5%를 차지하고 있었다. 둘째, 국내의 코칭프로그램에 관한 연구는 최근 19년 동안 학술지 99편, 학위논문 34편으로 최근 5년 이내에 급증하고 있었다. 연구 대상의 경우 성인을 위한 코칭프로그램 연구가 학술지 50편, 학위논문 20편으로 전체의 50% 이상을 차지하고 있었고, 코칭프로그램 관련 연구 주제는 16가지로 분류할 수 있었으며, 그 중 역량강화, 학습코칭, 진로 코칭 등이 주를 이루었다. 본 연구는 한국의 코칭프로그램을 분석함으로서 코칭프로그램에 대한 이해를 돕고 코칭프로그램 연구의 기초자료를 제시하였다는 의의를 가진다

The purpose of this study is to identify current trends and trends of coaching programs in Korea and to suggest directions for coaching program research in the future. The analysis period was from January, 2000 to July, 2018, and it was searched by 'coaching program' to investigate the research trends of 99 journals and 34 dissertations.
The main results of this research are as follows. First, the Korea Coach Association has a total of 106 certified coaching programs and 60 registered coaching organizations. Of the 60 coaching organizations, 65.0% had one certified coaching program. To spread the concept of coaching, 54.2%, 23.3% and 22.5% of the coaching institutions operated basic deeper learning and competency learning coaching programs respectively.
Second, in the last 15 years, research on domestic coaching programs have been surging, with 99 journals and 34 dissertations published within the past 5 years. In the case of study subjects, 50 studies of adults and 20 theses accounted for 50% or more of the total. This means that adult coaching programs are the most developed among the coaching programs. Research topics related to coaching program research were classified into 16 categories, and competency enhancement, learning coaching and career coaching were mainly researched.
