본 연구는 제1차 스포츠심리상담사 자격연수에 대한 평가와 미래 전망에 초점을 두고 있다. 평가를 위해 조사에 참여한 연수자들은 총 47명(남:38, 여:9)으로 이들은 대부분 스포츠심리학자와 박사과정에 재학 중인 분들로 본 조사와 관련하여 다양한 의견과 폭넓은 시각을 제시하였다. 나타난 결과를 요약하면, 연수 준비과정과 진행, 개선방향, 미래 방향으로 나누어 1, 2급 각각 평가와 전망을 공유하였다. 연수준비과정과 진행에서는 참여의식, 화합의 장소, 충실한 강의, 원활한 진행 및 봉사, 계획적 준비, 내용의 과부하가 평가되었고, 개선방향으로는 현장중심의 연수에 대한 요구, 연수과목 개선, 강의방식 개선, 운영의 묘, 장소선정의 적절성과 보완책이 제시되었다. 자격제도의 미래 방향으로는 급수분류 운영, 현장반영, 교육내용심화, 자격의 실용성과 역할 창출, 명칭 및 자격증 발급, 그리고 홍보와 사례발표가 활성화되어야 한다는 제안이 있었다.
This paper focuses on the evaluation and future prospect of the first sport psychology counseling qualification training. The participating trainees presented various opinions and broad views. In summary, dividing topics into training preparation process and progress, directions of improvement, and future direction, the trainees held discussions on the evaluation and future prospect of each topic, divided into 1, and2 levels. In training preparation process and progress, participation, space for unification, sincere lectures, smooth progress and service, well-planned preparation, and content were evaluated. In directions of improvement, the demand of field concentrated training, improvement of training subjects, improvement of lecture methods, harmony of operation, the appropriateness and enforcement method in choosing the area were discussed. In the future prospect of the qualification system, various level classification, field reflection, intensification in the content of education, creation practicality and role of qualification, issuance of position and qualification certificate, and activation of publicity and announcements were proposed.
