본 연구는 행동분석에 의한 관찰도구들의 문제점을 극복하고 체육교육 현장에 용이하게 사용할 수 있는 체육교수행동 검사를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 다양한 문헌과 관찰체계 분석을 통해 구성요인을 개념화하고, 초기 109문항을 개발하였으며, 사전연구를 통해 10개요인 54문항 5점 Likert 척도로 제작하였다. 제작된 검사지는 서울소재 중고등학교 남녀학생 516명(평균연령 14.33세)을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 문항분석, 내용적, 구조적 타당도(탐색적확인적 요인분석)와 신뢰도 검증, 모델 찾기를 통하여 최종 10개요인 즉, 설명/지도, 시범, 관찰, 참여, 긍정적 피드백, 부정적 피드백, 관리, 태만, 자유시간, 체벌 등 48문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 체육교수행동검사는 행동주의적 관점에서 사회인지적 관점, 교사 중심에서 학생 지각 중심으로의 패러다임의 전환 등 다양한 관점에서 접근하였으며, 후속연구를 통해 준거관련 타당도의 검증과 온라인 시스템 개발의 필요성 등을 논의하였다.
The main purpose of this study is to develop and verify the measurement according to the Perceived Physical Education Teaching Behavior. The measurement was developed into 109 items based on previous studies, observation system and open-ended questionnaire. It was reduced to 54 items through content and face validity and was decided to ten factors including 48 items through the this study based on Likert Scale 1-5, (1=used not at all, 5=used very much). Exploratory and Confirmatory factor analyses for 516 middle and high school students conducted, creating ten factors. Eigenvalues is 4.18-1.87, factor loading .748-.358 and total variance 55.46%. The validity of PE-Teaching Behavior measurement was moderately verified by the confirmatory factor analyses for cross-validity(GFI=.88, CFI=.92, TLI=.91, RMSEA=.035, Q=1.65). The result of reliability test showed internal reliability, Cronbach'α=.86-.60. This study obtains specific criteria validity and suggests the need of future studies like On-line program development.
