본 연구의 목적은 결혼을 준비하는 예비부부들을 코칭으로 돕는 코칭전문가 양성프로그램을 개발하기 위한 것이다. 예비부부들이 결혼식만을 준비하는 것이 아니라 진정한 결혼을 준비하여 행복한 결혼생활을 하도록 돕고, 결혼 초기에 일어나는 신혼들의 이혼을 예방하는데 연구의 의의가 있다. 이를 위해서 국내외 예비부부교육에 관한 자료들을 수집하여 분석하고 여기에 코칭을 접목하여 예비부부들을 위한 코칭전문가 양성프로그램을 개발하였다. 예비부부를 위한 코칭전문가 양성프로그램은 총 12회기, 24시간으로 구성되며, 코칭의 기본 적인 기술들을 바탕으로 예비부부들에게 필요한 주제들을 다루었다. 이 과정에서 사용된 코칭 대화모델은 C-PLUS코칭원리를 바탕으로 한 ACTIVE코칭 대화모델이었다. 구체적인 프로그 램은 코칭에 대한 이해(일반대화와 코칭대화의 차이, 코칭대화모델의 이해, 코칭과 상담 등과의 차이), 코칭의 기술에 대한 이해와 실습(라포형성하기, 질문하기, 경청하기, 인정칭찬하기, 의식확장하기 등), 예비부부코칭의 이해(결혼관련 통계, 예비부부들의 결혼준비 실태, 예비부 부코칭의 개념과 중요성), 예비부부코칭의 실제(예비부부들과 나눌 실제적인 주제들), 예비부부코칭전문가로서의 출발(예비부부코칭전문가로서의 비전과 포부)로 구성하였다. 향후에는 본 프로그램을 적용하여 실질적인 타당성을 검증하고 예비부부들을 위한 실제적인 교육프로그램으로 활용되는 것이 필요하다.

The research aims to develop a nurturing program for coaching professionals for reserve couples to assist in the marriage preparation of couples. This could encourage shaping cultures for marriage for reserve couples to receive relevant courses to better prepare their marriage and therefore nurture professional coaches for them. To this end, data on coaching programs for reserve couples at home and abroad were collected. Based on the data, the professional nurturing program for coaching for reserve couples could be developed. The program consists of Twelve 24-hour sessions and covers necessary themes for reserve couples based on the basic techniques of coaching. The coaching communication model used in the process is an active coaching model based on the C-PLUS coaching principle. Details of the program include understanding coaching(difference b/w general dialogue and coaching dialogue, comprehending coaching dialogue, difference b/w coaching and consultation) comprehending and practice for coaching technique(developing rapport, questioning, listening carefully, recognizing and complimenting, and expanding consciousness, etc) comprehending reserve couples(statistic for marriage, real condition of marriage preparation for reserve couples, concept and importance of coaching for reserve couples), reality of coaching for reserve couples(real themes to cover as dialogue with reserve couples), and departure as coaching professional for reserve couples(visions and aspirations as coaching professional for reserve couples). In future research , it will be necessary to verify the practical feasibility of the program application and to use it as a practical education program for reserve couples.
