현재 한문교육 연구는 ‘편재’되고, ‘편중’되어 있다는 표현이 알맞을 정도로 개념 연구의 비중이 경험 연구의 비중보다 지나치게 높다. 이러한 현상은 한문교육 현장의 데이터와 현장의 모습을 과학적, 객관적으로 수집하고 분석하여 효과를 증명하기 어렵게 만드는 경향이 있다. 결과적으로 개념적인 연구 방법 외에 현장의 연구를 위한 방법에 대한 활발한 논의가 필요한 시점이다. 즉, 이러한 관점에서, 연구의 객관성과 과학성을 배가시켜줄 통계적 데이터 처리에 대한 고찰과 탐색, 그리고 접근의 필요성이 부각된다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 현재까지의 통계적 접근 방법을 통한 연구의 수행 양상과 현상 그리고 연구자들의 인식을 살펴보고자 한다.

At present, the proportion of conceptual studies is much higher than that of empirical studies in classical Chinese education research. It is reasonable to say that it is 'biased'. This phenomenon tends to make it difficult to prove the effects after collecting and analyzing the data of the classical Chinese education field and the scene of the field scientifically and objectively. As a result, there is a need for active discussions on methods for field research in addition to conceptual research methods. In this sense, the need for research, exploration, and approach to statistical data processing that will double the objectivity and scientific value of research is emphasized. Therefore, in this study, we will examine the pattern and phenomenon of the research through the statistical approach up to now and the perception of the researchers.
