본 연구는 AI시대의 미래교육에 대해 배움학 기반으로 논의하고 있다. AI(인공지능) 기반은 기업이나 사회전반에 걸쳐 광범위하게 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되고 있으며 그중 교육 분야는 가장 큰 변화가 요구 되어지는 분야 중 하나라고 평가되고 있다. AI시대를 살아가야 할 인간들은 그 어느 때보다도 수동적인 학습이 아닌 능동적인 평생배움의 실천이 강조되고 있는 것이다. 이런 변화하는 시대에 맞춰 교육 또한 새로운 패러다임의 정립이 시급한 때이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 배움 기반의 새로운 패러다임으로 미래교육에 대해 논하고자 하였다. 변화하는 시대를 맞이하는 인간은 각자력을 키워야 한다. 각자력은 자신을 바로 아는 능력, 창의성, 문제해결력, 비판적 사고를 아우르는 능력이다. 각자력이 자신과의 소통에의 변화라고 한다면, 더불어 함께 사는 미래사회에는 외부와의 소통도 중요한 시대라 할 수 있다. 나와 더불어 함께 살아갈 사람들과의 공감능력, 협업과 소통능력이 앞으로는 더욱 더 중요시 될 것이다. 즉 의식소통능력을 향상시켜야 한다. 또한 개인과 공동체 차원을 아우르는 개조력이 중요시 되어야 할 것이다.

This study discussed the direction of education in the New Frontier era. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is expected to have widespread impact across the enterprise and society. Education is no exception. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, human beings should live by practicing lifelong education. This era will require active lifelong learning, not passive learning. Differences in motivation for learning will cause big changes in the future. Human beings must develop their own power in accordance with changing times. Eachness competency are the ability to know themselves right away, creative competency, problem-solving and critical thinking. A future society is a society that lives together. Therefore, it is a society that needs empathy competency, collaboration competency, and communication competency. These changes are already welcoming us into the future. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we must strive to develop our own learning skills.
