본 연구는 경남지역 의원에 근무하는 방사선사를 대상으로 감염관리에 대한 연구로 감염관리에 대한 인 지도와 수행도를 분석하여, 지역의원에 근무하는 방사선사의 감염관리 교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구에 사용한 도구는 설문지로 2018년 04월01일부터 08월31일까지 경남에 소재하는 의원에 근무하는 방사선사를 대상으로 설문지 총150부를 배부하여 연구에 적합한 131부를 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 감염관리에 대한 요인으로는 감염관리에 대한 특성 12문항과 감염관리에 대한 인지도 및 수행도로 총60문항으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성을 기준으로 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 하였다. 감염관리에 대한 인지요인에 대한 총인지도는 4.13±.05점으로 높게 나타났으며, 수행요인에 대한 총수행도는 4.05±.05점으로 높게 나타나 감염관리에 대한 인지도 및 수행 도에서 경남지역 의원에 근무하는 방사선사들의 감염관리 수준은 수행도가 인지도에 비해 조금 낮게 나타 났지만, 비교적 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 지역의원 방사선사의 감염관리는 병원을 운영하는 의료진의 지속적인 감염교육 활동과 예방활동을 통해 의원에 근무하는 방사선사 역시 감염관리의 전문가로 자리 매김하여야 할 것이다.

As the research for analyzing the awareness and the performance level for infection control of radiological technologists working at the clinic located in Gyoungsangnam province, this study was conducted to provide the basic education data of infection control for radiological technologist who works in the clinic. During July 14, 2014 to March 31, 2015, after we sent out a total of 150 questionnaires for the survey to radiological technologists working at the clinic located in Gyoungsangnam province, 131 questionnaires suitable for research were analysis by using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software. As the infection control factors, a total of 60 items about the awareness and the performance level for infection control (12 items for infection control characteristics included) were analyzed. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and regression analysis were performed based on the general characteristics of the study subjects. Regarding the awareness factor for infection control, the total awareness level was high as 4.15±.05 and the total performance level was also high as 4.05±.05. Through these results, although the performance level was slightly lower than awareness level, the level of infection control of the radiological technologists working at the clinics located in Gyeongnam was analyzed to be relatively high. The infection control of the clinic's radiological technologist should be carried out through the continuous infection education and prevention activities of the hospital staff, and radiological technologist working in clinics should also be positioned as specialists in infection control.
